0:00 Introduction
Full people were shot dead in the local area last night.
the
first of January, 2026, Merry New
Year, Now, on the other thing to note is that
last week we did the Christmas Special and it
was filled with cheer, it was filled with
costumes and hats.
Oh, guys, I loved your costumes.
Yeah, put on a show.
And yet we, you didn't see it.
Because unfortunately, an overzealous
colleague found an SD card in our unit and
decided, I can use that today.
Unfortunately, I have the Christmas Special on it.
So you heard the audio, we haven't worked out
what we're going to do yet.
So you might have just seen Ben's face
because we knew we had that for a second.
So shout out for bearing with,
thank you very much.
Next Christmas, we promise we will do it.
Bigger and better.
And just to get Ben's name out of the mud.
And it was Ben.
It wasn't me.
And Ben, I mean, he's got a track record for it.
But he was under Ben's instruction.
Also, we found out, and my immediate panic
was that, on the podcast, you're going to say
someone lost it and it was me.
I didn't care that the podcast was gone.
No, I cared.
He just cared that it was another reputation smasher.
Ben, when the podcast was gone,
someone else deleted it, five of my life out here.
But you know what?
It's a new year, so we can leave it behind us.
It's still 2020.
Good Christmas.
I had great Christmas.
It's still the 19th of December.
I just had to think about how my Christmas
was, and I realized I haven't had Christmas yet.
We haven't had Christmas yet.
We are filming this
beforehand, so the magic is ruined.
But we still have a New
Year's episode.
It's the beginning of a new cream.
William,
what is it?
It will be a rule.
It will be a rule.
It will be a rule.
Yes, it's not only does it have audio,
which is already mentioned, but it now has Apple.
Now that's cool.
It's really cool.
A chap named Dan came down and fitted.
Dan's a fantastic guy.
He is a fantastic guy in this case,
because the install that's been done on it is
absolutely immaculate.
And I have been bumping Manifresh so hard in that car.
It's unbelievable.
That's good.
On the Mustang.
Now here in the Raptor.
is my other reason to rule.
So by now we're actually getting towards the
end of our loan.
But yeah, we have been loaned by Ford.
Cream has been given its first press calls.
A Ford Ranger Raptor and a Mustang Dark Horse.
So Ben, you chose last episode on the Christmas special.
Not that I really would have seen it.
You chose for me to have the
Ranger Raptor and Will to have the Mustang.
Now at this point, we haven't actually
switched over yet.
I'm in the Ranger.
I'll tell you what.
Really?
I'm looking forward to my stint in the Ranger.
I've used it on multiple occasions using it normally.
It's great.
It's a normal car.
Using it in anger, that is so dumb.
It is like a baja truck.
It will bounce and frolic around the road in
just the coolest way.
And it's very noisy.
It's very noisy.
And what's more, it's got two wheel drive modes.
It's got a switchable rear wheel drive.
I'll leave it there.
I'll leave it there.
It's been wet recently.
And the Mustang also, it's sort of
permanently too dry.
I like it a lot.
Yeah, hopefully.
I think we mentioned with the last people to
be using both of us.
Yeah, they're both getting depleted.
So sorry for all, we've wrecked them both.
But no, you'll see some videos on those
pretty soon, not on the two dead center channel.
And we're also hoping to do some more Ford
driving of their heritage cars.
If we're very good.
So for me, that's why you're a rule.
Yeah, that's my rule.
I'm partly also a rule for that.
Quite a funny story in collecting the Ford's.
We'll talk about that in a minute.
Other than that, because of the Ranger,
I've retired the E36 for now as a daily.
It's quite nice.
I had to move it the other day and I got in a
smelt of milk because I had spilt coffee in it before.
That car, that car, I don't know if we
mentioned it last time.
We didn't have seen it, but,
but.
No, but it's becoming so very 36.
I think it's nice to not use it.
Yeah, no, I want to, that's,
that's got to get it's now race car treatment.
So that's going to be good.
But other than that, I think that's my only.
Well, we've also just recently finished the
two car series.
Now, for you, that's done.
I did, someone's already won the car,
but we, we finished it today.
We did our last road trip and it felt very special.
It genuinely felt really good.
Building the cars that we had when we were
17, modifying how we wanted and
5:11 Rule or Ruin: Will's Daily Driving Car
then taking them on a bit of a road trip was
really, really good.
So I'm, I'm in rule.
Benjamin, could he do it for the beginning of the year?
I'm going to give it a rule.
Because nothing's changed.
Okay.
And Grant, that was a ruin last week and
nothing's changed.
That's all by proxy.
It should be a ruin.
But for me, I'm going to make it a rule
because it's a new year.
Same meat.
And now you're still happy.
with what you're driving to work.
It's all, you know, really jolly and comfortable.
Now, I intend for granted, as we've said,
it's December 19th today or something like that.
But I intend to, by the time this podcast
goes live, have a daily.
Oh, okay.
I've got time over Christmas.
Actually, at least my time off,
I'm going to spend some of that time getting daily.
We could go straight into this.
It was for later on in the podcast,
but we could go straight into it.
I'm going to go, yeah.
The quote?
Yeah, it's quote.
So for context, Benjamin has been looking for the daily.
You will, you're all aware.
of this.
I think your ancestors might be quite aware
of this as well.
But Ben was offered within the unit.
There is always a used market of cars
bubbling away below the surface.
There's always something for sale.
The Grand Tour is no forespake.
There's a different batch of cars available.
And Ben was offered a 330 D.
I was an E46 wagon.
Now that I have always said,
that is the videographer's cost of car of choice.
If you do any form of YouTube professionally,
you know a videographer that has an E46 330 D.
Shout out
Greg.
I'm
the
I can't actually understand it.
I thought about it again and I actually
thought maybe we're not evolved enough to understand it.
I think it could be Ben's playing 5D chess.
We're playing checkers.
He's in God mode and he doesn't.
So could you elaborate, please?
I'm not the most articulate person,
but I'm not very good at articulating things sometimes.
So crazy quote, quote that.
I don't actually know what article person means.
I'm not the other one, that's too good for us.
I would like, I don't like buying cars.
I don't like selling cars.
I especially like buying cars.
So I just daily that have to function and work.
Because then there's so much pressure on it
having good service history and like,
you know, not being crusted,
that sort of thing, right?
So logically to me, when I buy a car now as a
daily, I want that to be a daily for a while.
I want a year out of that, at least,
like the X5.
Okay, I understand.
Now, I offer this car and it,
you know, on the surface, it's a great car.
And whoever buys it, they've got,
as far as I'm aware, a decent car.
But it's got crusty bits here and it's got high mileage.
I know.
Okay.
That I don't want to keep that car long term.
It's not a car I want.
Right.
But I know what I'm like, if I buy that car
and it just functions, I'll get fed up and my
brain will be on other things.
I'll just keep it and then I won't ever
change it and then it'll get,
it'll become like a burden on me,
where I want to change it, but I won't
actually ever do it.
Okay, it starts to make, but also,
what if you buy it and it just works?
But I don't want that car.
I know it's going to, also, with the mileage
and the sum rest it has, I know at some point
in, it's going to need some stuff to do and I
don't want to have to be the one that does that.
No, it's not.
'Cause then it does have those issues and I
won't fix them.
It's, you know what, it is an unsolvable podcast.
To quote one of my favorite memes,
"You an
9:41 New Year's Resolutions Discussion
interesting critter, bro."
(laughing)
Would you not admit, right, would you not
admit that we have, in the last month,
which is since I've sold the X5,
grantedly, probably regret to do that now.
(laughing)
We've deleted the video version of the Christmas podcast.
Yeah.
Yeah.
All of that.
Yep, fine.
Screwed.
And then what else?
We've had a very busy few weeks.
Yeah, sure.
It has been, our schedule has been,
as you, my favorite phrase, jam-packed.
Lovely, full of jams.
Huge jam.
And because of that, it means that I haven't
had a lot of time to really,
if there's a car in Sheffield,
I don't know, I haven't had the time to go
and look at it or go get it.
Understandable.
I'm giving myself, I will accept the abuse,
I'll accept the abuse, after Christmas,
if I haven't got one.
What happened to the car and woke him?
Which one?
I want the 330.
Nah, shut up.
Shut up.
Okay, so there was, right, if everyone
listening, there was the cleanest 330D on the surface.
Can I just preface one thing?
When Ben says the cleanest, he hasn't been
within six miles of the car.
No, well, I mean by nature, 'cause it's down the road.
Okay, sorry, it looked very clean,
it looked very nice, it had a good service
history, that sort of thing.
A car that I actually would have bought,
it was a good spec, I would have bought it.
But I intended to go and look at it,
but I bought it to these guys and I said,
listen, it's car is for sale.
And I actually did ask you if it was too much
money, I actually did ask you if it was.
And you said, it's far too much money,
I think it was 4,200 pounds.
And you guys said, well, you said,
well, you said, ah, it's a 200 pound car,
realistically.
Oh hell, Will's in the room,
is it?
Realistically, it's probably what,
three, three and a half grand car is a bit.
I don't know, I'm like, that's what I was told.
Okay, so I then said, fine, I won't buy it.
But now, you can't bring it up and say that--
No, because you didn't even go and look at it.
You need a baseline.
But he's not gonna come down by a grand or around now.
This is the thing, when you buy a car,
especially when it's a car that you want to
rely on or it's a higher price car,
don't necessarily go and buy the first one
you look at.
Go to a dealer and look at one at a price,
right?
If it's there for sale, it hasn't,
it's not the best price 'cause it would have
gone instantly, right?
You go look at a car, that's your baseline.
Now you base the next cars off of that.
Will and I have bought enough cars that we
know what the baseline is naturally.
Whereas I think you need to go and you find
the car that you want, go and look at one,
even an expensive one.
I'm just scouring, I've got to do it again.
Bill, Bill.
Ben needs, Ben needs to click and collect on cars.
A Chinese.
Ben has got some new cars.
I need a new car.
And lemonade money in this situation.
I just, I just, and that is not even a dig.
It's a, like, here's my budget,
which is okay.
It's a relatively strong budget.
Yeah, sure.
But it is not, it's not enough to go,
right?
Bring me a car now.
Bring me a car, deliver it to me.
I want it to have 10,000 miles.
And I won't travel.
And I won't travel.
And I won't travel.
Unless it's my next little neighbor,
I won't be back, I guess.
No, actually, I will travel.
Especially.
It's just the flexibility of being able to travel.
I don't have the flexibility to do that.
Yeah, that's fair, okay.
'Cause I drive them a car, how am I gonna get
both cars back?
You can't drive two cars.
That's fine, but you go and make the deal and
then you work out after.
You got friends.
Right here, buddy.
Well, well.
Now, the reason that I want to bring this up
so early in the podcast is that there is,
I think we've invented it with the first
people to come up with it, an idea called New
12:50 New Year's Resolutions for Ben and Edwin
Year's Resolution, something that you
resolute in the New Year.
Ben, what is yours?
Not only, I'm hoping that that might be
something daily related.
Please don't say it's by the way.
That's so sad.
That's really tough.
Do I have to actually tell you my real one?
Can I just say daily?
Well, both.
One that applies to cream podcast.
Okay, in that case then, I will be buying a daily.
Okay, here we go.
There's one.
I don't know if this one just comes to me as
well speaking.
Oh, right, and also, okay.
Do you know what, I'll say it preliminarily
and I'll decide if I can.
Don't cut that.
Don't cut that, leave us in.
I would like to do more research on the news.
Wow, that's a good one.
You know what, really nice thing to say.
I think I can still come back from it.
I think you could, I think you could be the
newsman supreme.
I think you could say, good morning.
It is, yeah, yeah, I was shopping for him.
Yeah, shovels and papers and go.
Four people were shot dead in the local area last night.
Well, are they?
No, actually, I've got no idea.
Let me look on the spread of headline.
Wow, what happened?
I don't know, two, four people shot down in local area.
Do you know what Ben?
So it won't be this one because the news is not up.
Oh god, I have no idea.
No, but the next one, the next cream.
Next cream?
I mean, that's kind of,
You can't ramp it.
It's either it starts now or it won't shoot then.
Yeah, I'm going to try.
The genuine thing is that we do it.
It's not our full-time job, so it is not a
huge amount of prep that goes into it.
This is not a full-time job.
Ben wants to be a podcast news producer as full-time.
No, as we are all in the job.
We're sending you out to other countries.
What I mean is we're running a full YouTube
channel, two of them actually,
and then after that, we do the podcast,
right?
Then all day, slaving over at one link.
Mate, I've been trying to work out how to
open this link all day.
It's got sources, people who are buzzing in
saying, "This is coming out."
You can't reveal my name, please,
when you talk with us.
If you knew me, which I can tell you guys do.
If you should see me journal at my exam at
school, I just can't, if I read something,
I can't retain the information.
If I watch it as a video, it's in there.
Oh, okay.
But if I read it, I've read news article,
I go--
Would you watch a Christmas special?
No, that's not possible.
I'd certainly listen to them.
They don't make them like that.
Well, you can't watch Ben, you can't watch them.
No, Ben was doing that.
No, what's yours?
I've seen it.
Well, I haven't, perhaps.
Revolving around my--
Car's on my first car.
(laughs)
I thought I asked a good different question.
(laughs)
2000, 2000, I was--
That was a year, it was 2012.
That was liquid politician.
(laughs) That was, you pivoted.
I would say now this is basic as a car one,
but it's to buy an interesting car.
That's fair.
Well, I'm not talking about a daily replacement.
You have to buy a yellow clear.
Yep.
You have to do that.
It was close, actually, the deal fell through.
Yeah, I nearly get it.
It was all against it because,
well, it's silly, really.
Sorry, after Sex Remind Me, we have a new
bet, don't we?
I want to mention this on the podcast.
Yeah, I wasn't sure if you'd want to mention
it at the top.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Why am I more happy to mention that?
We'll do it naturally.
Yeah, buy an interesting car of some sort.
I've mentioned a clear V6, I don't think
that's going to happen.
But let's see what happens.
Just something of interest.
Yeah.
But like something nice.
That'll be nice.
That's will kind of technically,
It's Vape.
But the, I am Edwin.
Yep, that's me.
Yeah, I got it.
No, I would like A, I'm still on cold herd.
I'm still, I've got to focus on getting down in cars.
What about cars?
That too.
Ben made you five.
No, Ben fires us.
We, yeah, I need to get rid of some cars.
And I would also, in the same vein,
I want to complete some more cars.
16:30 Edwin's Automotive Resolutions
So as in, like my 36, that one,
I want that to be done at the end of the year.
There will always be things to do.
I've got so many cars that are like,
yeah, I'll do this at some point.
I'll do a B58 in that.
No, that needs to be done at the end of the year.
So let us know in the comments,
your automotive resolutions.
I don't want, I'm going to lose six kilos.
I don't want to hear that.
I want to hear it.
It's like, I'm tracky.
SR20 swapping in my Volkswagen app.
Now you're in.
What's that?
SR20 Blackbird swapping your,
no different engine.
No it is.
I don't think the Blackbird runs.
SR71?
SR70 is that.
Wow, I know planes.
So I was wrong, wasn't I really on that one?
I know all planes, man.
Silly boy, silly silly boy.
Should we do our back quickly?
Yeah, sorry, there is a new bet.
This is sort of New Year's resolution related.
Ben and I gamble.
Will came to me.
And we're here to talk about it on the talk.
Will came to me, hang on.
He begged to gamble with me.
I don't know, it was something like,
I'm some sort of gambling addict.
Well, you do love, you will go up to Ben.
I gamble with me.
(laughs)
And Ben will go, no, everyone goes,
I'll pee.
But then he'll do this thing where he'll
like, I want to gamble, and then he'll be
like, all right, well, if you do this,
if you don't do this, then you have to jump
into a pit of scorpions, and I get to watch
them eat your flesh.
No, no.
And if I lose, I think I'll just probably
just go home and have a nice evening.
Well, while we don't make a bet that I could lose.
Because then there's not a bet,
then it's just--
Then that's the thing, at the same time,
on the flip side, Ben will agree to things
that just make, only make sense to it,
he'll go, I don't think I, you know,
I do have a chance in that, but it's not
assured for me, so I'm not taking this bet.
Ben will not take a bet that he doesn't know
he's gonna win.
So I'm down horses that are like one to two.
They've already finished the race.
Yeah.
Now, what is the bet?
God, Ben, what is the bet?
No, he pitched it, you said.
Right, so I have stated, Ben comes to us with big plans.
He says, I'm gonna do this.
And also, Ellie does that.
He says, I would have bought that.
I would have bought that, Bugatti Chiron
comes out, I would have bought that.
I'd somewhat, had someone not bought that.
I would have bought that.
Had I had the money.
Had I would have bought that.
I just would have bought that.
I 100% would have bought that.
Strictly, I'm true, though, is it?
I believe that the S2000 will depart us this
year, sooner than expected.
Why do you think this?
Because I just think circumstance will,
it might not necessarily force it,
but you will believe it will be forced,
and you will sell it, and it won't be to upgrade.
That is my, that is my...
With my TNCs.
Will use the horrible word, then said MX-5
might even be a...
I did, yeah, I said, it really,
it should be sold for like a Cayman,
right?
That's, that's realistically the thing you'd
want to step up to, but I think you'll sell it.
And I'll replace it with nothing or,
or something, something lesser.
You are, and I said May.
Yeah, end of May.
End of May.
End of May.
So keep, keep your, you know,
if you want to take side bets,
if you guys want to, if you want to find
another creamer and make a side bet with
Delosha, we can't officially endorse that,
but you know, it's free, free country.
No, no, let me just say something.
This is, there is no insider trading going here.
Will doesn't know anything about my personal
life that would make me sell it.
Or why was he not that you know?
Why would you take that bet then if he knew
something about yours?
That's, I mean, there's nothing like,
that I'm like going in a situation where I
need to sell it necessarily or whatever,
he's just made the bet randomly.
19:35 Will's S2000 Bet with Ben
And on me, it was such a random time,
nobody knows how many millions you have.
I don't even know, I don't use any.
Mid-May, I don't know.
So many that I don't know.
Burning my house down.
Yeah, in May.
Why?
I won't have to force your hand,
are I?
That's the best buy, the best buy in other house.
If you sell it, it's a thousand.
So this is nowhere near enough for yourself.
If you're looking especially sort of like,
you know, financially safe, come May,
I'm gonna have to do something.
You think I'm, I could buy a house for the
price of a thousand?
No, no, I'm just gonna, financially I'm gonna
have to force your hand.
Okay.
I might bugle you.
I might rob you.
Take this one to know one, buddy.
Right.
Shall
we move on to some neckdotes?
Did you have something more
to ask?
Let's get out of here for a full reward.
Oh, okay.
Well, we'll carry on with podcast.
You carry on thinking about that stupid joke.
Edwin, you've, no, sorry, sorry,
I'm far too far down here.
Ben, you started off with, from the friend.
Here we go.
I made a friend.
Only until May.
Here we go.
Now, you might like this, but I did.
Okay.
Two, actually.
Oh, yeah, you told me about this.
I put that in the chat and there was a second
one that happened.
So I wasn't the way back from actually the
Christmas podcast.
Hello, mate.
Feeling gleeful.
Never seen that.
I was wearing my Christmas jumper.
Okay.
Which, obviously, you wouldn't know that I was.
Well, no, they weren't.
They saw you.
Sorry, yes.
We weren't there though, so we were here.
Yes, I remember Chris jumper,
all gleeful, happy.
I wasn't him for.
It's very quiet.
And I hear a wah, wah, wah, wah,
wah, wah.
I'll hold on a second.
Willberry's gone.
That's a normal Honda.
And it was an EP3-type R.
Ooh.
That was the same thing.
And he came up behind me.
Ooh.
Okay.
And then, you know, it dropped.
And I thought, I
thought, let's pretend you're here to be friends.
So, Ben,
roll the winner, Nolan.
Do you want to be friends?
He
overtook me.
I don't think they'll keep us to June.
And
tucked it in front, and I thought,
that's a, you know, why would you tuck it in
front when you could just zoom off?
Just go and fasten it, start.
And I thought, oh, do a little pool pass,
do you see what happens?
Do a little pool pass, Casper King doesn't
have one again, and we're just hanging out,
and then we just cruise for about 20 minutes,
just like, like, mates.
Ben's playing "Forsing Horizon" in real life.
Is that one of the first times you've experienced it?
Hang on, and then, I got to,
I got to one juncture before my juncture.
I said, shut up.
Sorry, wait, I said this before first.
No more questions.
And he, he, um, he drove off and gave me a
couple of--
He hazards the hazards.
Like, in a couple of flashes.
I drift home, so happy.
Yeah, you know what, it happens.
But it takes a certain type of car to do it.
But it was 'cause it was too Honda's.
No, not even that.
It's 'cause it was like an EP3,
like a Type R.
If it was an EP2, like a badly modified Civic
SI or something, would you be like,
"Nee, sleep me alone."
It just felt like we were of the same
vein.
Fair.
In that moment.
Scumbags.
Somewhat.
Yeah.
But it's sort of like upper echelon.
It was.
It wasn't even being silly.
I like doing like, it wasn't like racing or
anything like that.
It was literally just, he flew past me and I
flew past him and then we just sat there and chilled.
Sometimes and it doesn't happen that often.
Especially if I'm just a normal commute or
something, but it's just nice and you might
do a little bit of speeding with them,
you might do that.
Especially if they can observe road rules
correctly as well.
Yeah, you can tell that they're a chakra.
They're a chakra.
You know what I always think it feels like?
It feels like a nature documentary.
When what's called like a bird is trying to
find a mate and it's showing off and doing it.
It's like, "Yo, mate, we're the same."
We speak the same language.
'Cause he communicated you with his limits.
Yeah, so I did the same.
Yeah.
Hello.
That's a hello, a limit is a hello.
Yeah.
And then the pass by is like,
"Are we up to anything?"
I've got 8,000, you've got 9,000.
Yeah.
Let's see where it redlines.
But it's always the hazards.
Do you like that?
I don't really care for the back and forth.
Yeah.
If you want to tuck in and we're heading off,
I mean, at bed, you're going to sleep.
(laughs)
Then cool, but the leaving part,
you have to just give a quick hazard flash.
It was lovely.
I gave him a little flashback on the headlights.
Flashed in.
And then, sorry, I had a second one.
Yeah, what was that?
Then on the weekend, I, me and my girlfriend,
we were driving and I said to her,
I'm going to put the roof down and cried,
it was possibly five degrees,
so she wasn't too heck about that,
but I said it's happening, it's a Honda,
it's finally not raining, roof going down.
And I was going down this quite a long
straight and it's like a little get down up
thing, like a hill, if you will.
Depends on the moles down straight.
Yeah, and it just, I see this gray car,
I'm like, that's S2000, hold on a second,
that's S2000.
But then my vision is all right,
but I couldn't see that.
And then I started morphing into the MX5 and
I thought, I can't flash more waving 'cause
it could be an MX5.
Tough, really tough.
And just as he came into the view where I
could see him and passed me,
he had this roof down too, and he put his
hand up and waved, and I put my hand up and
waved, and I felt like, I remember Tony
saying, but that's
24:16 Car Encounters and Hand Signals
when you don't need to sell your car,
you're in a cold, but I loved it.
You know what, if you have a rare car,
I feel it.
Yeah.
When I was in the MX5 and I saw another MX5,
I was like, no, there's like,
there's a grandma for four minutes down the
road who's got 10 of these.
Or it's not, it's always defenders as well.
It's always the classic thing,
but I thought, you know what?
Like bus drivers.
Yeah, you don't see many of these.
The little, the hand signals.
I was so, I was so excited.
Do not, I'd like to stop it.
Instead of, I want it instead of,
actually, can we start this?
Instead of cars, can we throw up gang signs?
Okay.
So we, if you see another creamer,
you hit with a, you hit with a,
with a, with a, with a, with a,
with a C.
You know, we might be killed.
That is famously how you get killed,
yeah.
You know exactly.
Yeah, target the wrong car and you might.
But, but just throw up, just to check,
you know what, that's how, that's how we got
to do this from now on.
Yeah.
If you suspect a creamer and you're in the
car and you're driving, hit with a quick C.
Yeah.
C means many different things and creamer is
one of them.
Yes, that, you know, that might have to be
our international sign.
I think Smith and Stiff have talked about
this quite a few times of how do you,
how do you alert to another person?
But a little, a little C, just a little.
I don't think it's national sign.
If we go to like LA, I think that might have happened.
No, I don't think you know the,
like us there.
Have you ever had it where you had to nor someone?
Yes.
Where you'd just give it the like dead ahead
and you don't want to give them.
It's probably
an RS3 or someone and they're being a clown.
Oh yeah.
If I start looking at them, then they,
then they won't, I had it, no,
I had it my way.
I was, I don't think I was being a clown.
There was a guy in a Sierra Cosworth,
on trade plates, and it was standard.
So, you know, I'm not bitter.
and I was in Florida.
I was like, you know what, we're car boys.
We are lovers of cars and these are two
different types of things, but we should enjoy it.
And I was having a good old look.
I had to come alongside him.
And the car thing.
And the car thing.
Oh, I just brushed Ben's neck.
Yeah, we're retouching it.
Hang on.
I came alongside it, I had a little look,
I tucked in behind it.
This man refused to look.
I could tell it was a few.
I'm in a bright, I'm not being that guy.
I'm not saying you have to look at it,
but I think you should.
So, look at me.
That boy, yellow one, you have to look at me.
I was a little bit bothered by it.
I felt like Falls of Horizon,
and he just, he gave it the,
you know, sort of middle lane hogger effect.
I have it when I'm in the M3 with normal E46
people, which I'm not, I'm not trying to be
classist, I'm not trying to say who's a
peasant, but it's usually because they're
being scumbags, they're weaving in through it
in an out traffic, they've got halo lights,
they are fully tinted lights,
and they fly up alongside them like,
I'm not, I'm not engaging, 'cause if I engage
with you, you're gonna spin out and crash
into me, and I don't wanna deal with this today.
It's a wagon with 18 degrees of camera at the front.
Yeah.
(laughs)
It's a Jaguar wheels up, a pickup conversion,
and a great big dildo handbrake thing in the
middle of it, it's gonna be horrible.
What have we got next?
What we have next is, I don't understand what
it means, a Lavi Mark II.
That's me, you put that in there.
You put that in there.
Let me look at what that is,
'cause I've got no idea what I put in there.
It sort of looks like you've just smashed the keyboard.
Oh, that is, yes.
Something I wanna do this year,
not every single year, what?
Sorry, not every single week,
is highlight some people who maybe are lesser
known in the car world that I enjoy,
or that we enjoy, and there is a man,
sorry, not a man, there is a child.
Now his Instagram handle is Olavi Mark II,
he's a 13 year old boy in some form of
Scandinavian countries, he's building a
27:58 Highlighting Olavi Mark II on Instagram
Mark II Golf.
I say building it, he's built a wide body out
of foam, himself, no tools, no teaching,
no nothing, he's welding up and shaving the
engine bay, the world's a terrible,
he's 13, he's 13, he's building a wide body
Mark II Golf from scratch by himself with
like home tools, all that sort of stuff.
It's going well, and every time I see his
stuff pop up on my feet, I think this is
genuinely incredible, there's lots of stuff
on there, I wouldn't attempt.
I wouldn't try and do a fiberglass,
you know when people do like,
finding foam and then shave it down,
he's done that.
That's crazy, I'm not.
That's crazy, so go and have a look at his
thing, I want to get in contact with him and
see if we can send him some tools or help him
out in some way, 'cause it's legitimately
really cool, and he's not like going after
family, he's just like, I'm just building
this car by the way, here's some videos of it.
That's 30, no one's helping him.
No, I think his dad--
I don't think we should help,
we can send things but we can't offer him.
No, no, we can't know exactly.
I think his dad or someone in his family,
they build cars they are from Scandinavian
countries after all, they're doing gat-bill
and building, it's probably gonna end up with
2000 horsepower.
So he's got help, but even though I have help
13, that's crazy.
I don't think my brain could actually compute
any of it.
No, that, because I'm like, watch,
leave your speed, isn't it, it's just a slider.
Where's the menu from?
Where do I just buy the body kit from?
Why am I making the body kit?
He's playing carbon in real life.
Yeah, actually it's helped.
Auto sculpts like that.
But I'm 13, am I?
So mega shout out to him, his Instagram,
I'll just, I'll put the, so spell it so that
you can go check out.
No, no, cream of comments, please.
Remember, keep it civil.
Just show some support if you like it.
Just throw up a C, but not in the comments,
just yourself.
Yeah, he doesn't need to know where the fans
are coming from.
Just, if you like it, enjoy it.
It is Olavi Mark II, which is O-L-A-V-I-M-K II.
Very cool, cool stuff.
Next up is first news of the year,
which will actually be very--
Almost a month old at this stage,
but it says here, there, JAG design--
JAG design boss, not fired.
That's been an update.
Ooh.
How's that?
JAG design boss, not fired.
Okay, and what's happened, Ben?
Allegedly, he's not been fired.
Oh my goodness.
That is, I'm gonna buy some more time,
hang on.
He's not the JAG boss, though.
That is Jerry McGovern.
Yep, McGovern.
Okay, AutoCar, a prominent automotive news
outlet, has reported that Jaguar Land Rover's
chief designer with the company for 21 years
was Let Go and the internet went crazy,
so I've read that exactly how it was.
Including us.
But JLF Command stated, essentially,
he has not been terminated.
Oh.
And he is still there, and he remains a design boss.
Now is that a bit of PR?
Is that a little bit of spin?
Is that he's being mothballed?
Because he's being pushed out,
but they haven't got rid of him yet.
Because there was rumors, there were the eye
witness accounts of him being escorted from
the building, and it was a messy breakup.
All I can tell you is that they said,
official spokesperson said, "It is untrue,
we have terminated Jerry McGovern's
employment, and we do not intend to further
comment on speculative stories."
Turns out it was just like a dude in the mail
room that everyone got the wrong way around.
He should be getting loads of shit.
He's Jerry.
He's Jerry's gone.
Jerry, I've designed boss.
What did he do?
Yeah, meanwhile Jerry in the press fleet has
been actually terminated.
Jerry from accounts has gone,
but it's spelled differently to this Jerry.
Not even five, he's just been killed.
Yeah, it's just been out.
He's just wiped from the face of the air.
What's the more crazy way?
I know terminates is an official thing,
but I'm thinking of guilt.
Yeah, I'm just thinking of just the T-1000.
We only have to terminate this employee.
Jesus, what the hell?
Yeah, no, you said the wrong thing,
so we set a bot from the future on him.
He is now dead.
So that is sort of up in the air,
but well actually, Renault is not saying
that's an official spokesperson.
Perhaps next week, which is just seven days
away for you, just a week away.
For us, maybe time moves longer for us,
so we'll have more news by then.
But that is possibly good, 'cause he did do
some good design.
He did do some very cool things.
He did do some very cool things.
Possibly bad because of the new one,
knows, but hey, it's news.
You know, I just wanna see the new one made now.
You know what it's got, it's got GTA 6 vibes
to it, where there's so much hype around it,
I'm like, just show me the thing,
man.
We said, hold on, do we just like the guy,
L4O5?
Yeah, oh well, we're bringing back actually.
Breaking back!
That was pretty nice, actually,
we have to admit.
Next up, we have, one that really has piqued
my interest, NFS/Burnout from you,
Edwin.
What's that mean?
This was tough, now I actually think that you
would have known about this.
I heard something and I decided to look no
further into it.
Okay, so, there was some form of games thing,
it might have been Gamescom a couple of weeks
ago, months ago now
32:40 NFS/Burnout Game Reveal and Star Wars Pod Racing
for you.
It was some form of games reveal thing E3 or
what some Star Wars games got revealed anyway.
Now, what I heard, I saw a clip online that
said it was an intro and it said from the,
this is from some of the people that made
some of the most famous need for speed and
burnout games, a new racing game.
And I was like, yo, here we go sports fans,
opened with cinematic things.
It's the Star Wars Red Racing Pod Racing game.
Oh, it is that,
that's that game.
So I actually don't think I've ever been
more disappointed.
It's like Pod Racing type thing.
Yeah.
All right.
I might call it now.
This is Pod Racing.
That's the only quote I know from Star Wars.
No, I watched the trailer and it was all a bit fancy.
I didn't know that's what, why have you done that?
So, but it's good news for you because it is
from the people that made need for speed and burn.
that, but I would kind of, I would be more up
for just another, why don't they take what
they've actually learned?
They've went all right.
I'm not so like modified cars,
really cool races with nice crashes and all
sorts of stuff like that.
Police chases.
Yeah, we've got that.
Star Wars.
Star Wars, mate.
Now let me ask you a question of someone
who's ever seen it and never will probably.
Yeah.
What, what is the customization going to be like?
I mean, to be fair, the Pod Race is infinite.
The Pod Race is in.
So also sculpt.
Because they're only in the first one,
right?
Well, the first one, Phantom Menace.
Yeah.
So in that grid of races, the kind of pop
point of it is you build your own pod racer.
Okay.
So they're all completely different looking
at this and, and, and I'm trying to say,
it's kind of like, it's kind of like,
can I am racing in the, in the 70s and 80s.
Yeah.
Anything goes.
I'd say it's almost, it's sort of like early
beginnings of NASCAR.
Oh, okay.
It's sort of like, I'm just going to build
this thing in my, in, or it's like street racing.
So it's like, shared the bill.
Yeah.
It's somewhat, it's sort of gone,
SR20 in the, in the Pod.
The, the one in the first film is literally him built.
building bits, finding bits,
scrap bits, putting it all together.
He's like the beginning of, is,
is the Monte Carlo.
Whoa.
Not that we know him saying.
We don't know anything about that.
Um, but so he's Facebook marketplace.
Yeah, pretty much.
A Galaxy 4.
A Galaxy 4.
Which you must imagine must be difficult to get parked.
It must be if it's, dude, dude,
dude's ghosting you on Facebook.
You're saying, can I have a,
what's the part he might be on Facebook
marketplace looking for?
I don't know.
Like a screw has a turt or something.
Probably.
I mean, the thing is, is that he's like,
like an egg straightener.
We have those in that.
Egg straightener.
What the hell are they?
I literally just picked two words in my brain.
I would say.
I don't know.
I don't know.
I don't know.
There must be some sort of market place though.
Okay.
Okay.
Is it 100% because there'll be different sort
of engines and thrusters and all sorts.
There's one that's got like handlebars,
some of them.
Yeah, there's all sorts.
Okay, okay.
Some of them sound quite cool as well.
Do you know what?
I won't knock it until I try it.
I don't think you'll like it at all,
but we'll go from there.
Will once baby play Star Wars Battlefront?
Yep.
Yeah, it's not great.
Okay.
But anyway, another game on the radar.
If you're a Star Wars person,
now you can be a star racist.
Oh, God Christ.
I was quite excited about that
because I thought you were about to tell me
there's going to be a new one of those,
or it was going to be the opposite end that
they're dead, but you know, sort of somewhere else.
Who's dead?
Oh, Mr.
Pigman.
Okay.
The next thing is also from you.
I can't say the beginning of it.
It's related to Mercedes EQB.
Okay.
Ford, we went to go and pick up the cars.
Now we did not originally, we thought Ford Dagenham.
That's where Ford is.
And then it turned out they said,
no, no, our heritage center is not in Dagenham.
It's in Northampton.
So Will and I nearly drove to Dagenham and
then turned up to a factory that is not being made.
They then said, right, Dunton,
which is by Basilden.
He said, all words, if you're not
36:20 Ford Car Pickup Adventure
from England, if you're from England,
they're places.
You may also not know.
You may also not know.
So he said, can you get there and pick up the
cars on Monday?
Fine, except Monday, I would say might be one
of the most hectic days of TDC filming we ever had.
It was yesterday.
It was the only time I've ever filmed where I
had two SD cards going at once and I was switching rooms.
In each room had a different SD card and I
was running in there with a camera.
Do you have like, you also have like the
podcast first from Christmas on that SD card?
I don't know.
Okay.
Anyway, Will and I realized we would have to
go and pick up the cars at 6 a.m.
to make it work on the other side of London.
So we got, I booked a taxi from my house.
at 4.15, 4.30 a.m.
and what pulled up?
I looked out the window and I saw a brand new Mercedes.
I was like, this is great.
I ordered the cheapest Uber possible,
fine.
I got in and there was, it was all fine.
I said, good morning mate.
I said, I'm gonna go to sleep.
I'm gonna sleep, try and get some more sleep.
He said that.
Yeah.
He said, he said mate, you drive?
I'm gonna play for you, the noise.
More than zero miles an hour.
This was the noise that it
played.
For two hours, this car made that noise.
I want to go, I want to sleep in the car.
In fact, I brought a pillow with me.
That's what you bought with you.
Yes, in the backpack.
And so I leaned all the way over into the front.
I don't know why I didn't ask him.
My brain was working.
And instead of his seat belt,
see if he was wearing a seat belt,
he looked across.
He looked across as I leaned into the front to look.
He was quite confused.
He looked into his lap.
And I said, what's that beefing noise?
And he went, I don't know.
And I said, again, I was like,
what?
So I just kind of sat there for a second.
It probably took me 10, 15 seconds to say
anything I went, you drive around like that all day.
And he went, yeah, I just kind of get used to it.
And then turn the radio up to awful radio FM,
you know, one oh no.
The original brain drop.
Exactly.
And the entire two hour journey,
there was radio blaring and...
But now I think I was googling how to fix his car.
I was on forums.
I was on the Sadie's forums trying to work
out what the beat was.
And I kept listening on my phone to people's
YouTube videos of what the beep was.
I think it was a speed limiter that had just
decided to go from zero.
Was it a new new new car?
New Mercedes.
Like a few years old.
Yeah, like one or two years old.
There is the thing now, isn't that in this
country for folks who don't know,
new cars have to be fitted with speed.
If you basically, it can read signs.
And if you're going over the speed limit,
it will either beep or it will tell you off.
No I know.
It will veer you into a...
Because the Mustang and the Raps have it.
The Mustang and the Raps have it.
It just beeps once.
It will go when you go over it.
But that's it.
Mercedes.
But the Zs is constant and incessant.
And the other reason that I put it in there
is because it's Mercedes, right?
If you go and get in a 1991 Mercedes 190E,
the most base model thing they made,
it's comfortable.
Ben, you remember the Veneo,
that horrible, terrible Mercedes.
Still incredibly comfortable.
It feels like no matter what car Mercedes
made, it's got to be the nicest,
most comfortable car on the road in its class.
I sat in the back seat of that 20 minutes in my asset.
And that was before before, you know,
the driver had nothing to do with it.
I can swear.
But no, it was winning.
It was horrible.
It was genuinely a terrible,
it was terrible in the back of that.
And the EQB, no, that's not the S class.
I know what that is because they're the big
sort of square ones, aren't they?
Is it like a, is it a sub or a crossover crossover?
Okay.
That's the small one picture.
Now, I believe the comfort, that's Mercedes.
The beeping, that's a skill issue.
Oh, no, that's him.
Because you got to sort that out.
And do you know what the worst thing was?
We pulled up at the four bit,
which I'll get to in a moment,
and he dropped me off, and he went,
ha, bloody beefing is annoying,
isn't it?
What are you talking about?
You can't say that at the end of the two hours ride.
After informing you that it doesn't bother me.
No, it's not.
If it doesn't bother you.
I'm going to say it.
That sounds like something Ben would do.
What did you leave it go?
A beak would appear in your car.
No, no, no, no.
And you would just go, that's broken.
No, no, no, no.
Looks like I'm like that forever.
I'll work around it.
No, no, no.
It sounds like a feature problem.
I've put earplugs in.
Noises in my car.
I can't stand.
If there is a rattle, I start punching pelt the car.
I'll start punching my-- I'm related to the rattle angle.
Never.
I'll start smacking the-- There's a door card.
It's got holes in it.
I'll start smacking the dashboard with door cards.
I want to make that rattle go away because it
does my app.
Bro, he's got a blue band group set playing
this car while he's driving.
One time searching for his keys and his car.
I believe it's genetics.
My dad is like that as well.
my dad one time.
My brother had not long passed his test.
I don't know if I should probably tell a
story, but he said there was a rattle that
was annoying him so much.
He'd been my brother drive his car.
So he's in the back and listening for the noise.
And he was in the back.
I did that.
I don't 100% do that.
And my brother was like, I don't really want
to drive this car.
And he was like, well, you're going to have
to because I won't get there.
And he was-- I look around and he's just
there in the back like a madman,
like listening to windowed trims,
that sort of thing.
He's listening to the door.
I've got a stethoscope.
Yeah, that's me.
I do that.
Sure.
So yeah, there was that.
And then I beat Will to the Ford plant a
little bit early.
It was there about 20 minutes,
half an hour early.
And now this is not the fault of Ford at all.
They said, this is where you need to go.
However, their campus is so large that it has
locations within it.
It has addresses within it.
But those addresses aren't public.
So we turned up at 6 a.m.
the time that no one turns up to get these
things before most people at Ford are there.
So he let me in the building.
So I was walking around aimlessly
wandering around ford.
They then I found the counter with a
woman of it.
I said, you had to pick up a car.
Went perfect.
That's great.
Yes, please.
Told her my name.
She went, no,
you're not names aren't it.
Do you work here?
No, no, I'm
here for a press card.
She went, oh, you're a complete wrong building.
You need to walk half a mile back.
That way.
Walk back to that building.
No one was there.
No one was in that building at all.
So I decided to walk another half a mile to
the next building.
Very nice.
The most cockney man we have ever met.
I've ever met in my life.
Said, this might be the right,
this is kind of the right place.
But you need to go back to that building.
You were just that to walk back to that building.
Will now arrives at a building.
Yeah.
There's now a receptionist there.
She's American for some reason,
but a very kind lovely woman.
Well, you know, accurate to thought.
Exactly.
They shipped them over.
The official experience.
I actually genuinely pulling up to get like a
first Ford press car and there was an
American woman behind the reception.
I thought, well, this is one of those.
She
went, I'm Henry Ford to get the Model T,
right?
Will.
No, no, no, no, no.
And so she went, right.
No, finally, you're in the right place.
This is where you pick up press cars from.
And we gave her our names.
She went, name names are on me.
There's no car for you.
I feel like, please, she went,
there's this this cotty guy down at a security booth.
I think you should go there.
Will was like, where is it?
I was like, I know where it is.
I've been there.
So we walked back there and then I'll contact that.
Ollie was like, yeah, no, no,
he's the cars.
They were right here all along.
So it was a, I did a full tour,
unsupervised, unattended of the Ford plump.
It's great.
Also, lots of cool, what do you call it,
employee cars.
We saw what you saw, what did you see?
Immediately, I saw a modified Fiesta ST Mark 7.
I was like, it feels too on the nose.
They work there, but they did.
just a big part of it.
I saw, I, what I think was a Mark II escort
with definitely some form of fruity engine.
I saw a Mark II RS.
I saw a load of modified Fiesta's CL.
There's a pub, I've got photo.
It's actually a very blurry photo,
but it's still a nice spec CL.
So all sorts of stuff.
Shout out Ford.
I have inspected your plump.
I think it's ready to pass.
We've tested the weaknesses and the security system.
And the Cockney man said, no,
you may not pass.
He also said, we look identical,
which is quite strange.
Next up, The Grand Tour.
I mean, it's been a big secret.
Yeah, now you've known this for a month now.
Yeah, you've known this for a while now,
but I mean, to be fair, most of us have known
it for a little while.
It does.
Even longer.
Maybe one day we'll talk about that.
Yeah, maybe we will get onto that.
We're not sour.
Anyway, the people who are running the show
now, is the Grand Tour or something?
Never heard of it.
Never heard of it.
It's silly show.
Throttle
45:28 The Grand Tour Update
house and-- It will be the presenters of the Grand Tour.
I heard, I read a Ben Speck news article that
said they have officially announced,
but I didn't read any further than that,
but I haven't actually seen an official announcement.
I have seen the same thing I've seen all the
news articles saying they've been officially
announced, but I think it might be the least,
I think the least amount of humans on Earth
might go, "Oh, I didn't know that."
What?
Everyone knew that.
It was just, no.
I want to know if they are filming a series now.
They've already done it.
They've filmed the series.
Well, 'cause the throttle house have been,
this is speculation and what's up.
They've already been saying we are busy.
There won't be any videos on the channel for
a little while, and this is like,
they are still posting.
There was a period of time where they're
like, "We're not posting because we're busy."
Yeah, 'cause what, July last year?
Half a year ago, they went, "Yeah,
just we've got things we have to do."
We have to, you know, all gone.
We have to be recording podcasts 'cause they keep going.
See that.
Right, most probably.
Oh, I will, too.
The opposite of how TV works.
Amazon.
God, I hope this guy's putting it off because
this could be good for us.
Me and this guy, SPOOSH.
My main thought on this is I'd love to see
what it is.
I've been trying to see what it's like,
obviously.
Creamers about a week ago, looking at the podcast.
I'd love to see what this looks like.
That seems to have sent a gift.
I'd just love to see what they look like.
You've heard the me open.
I want to know what the format is on.
I want to know everything.
I mean, we want to see what Francis
Bourgeoisie does, because I think people will
be very surprised by him, because from what
we keep hearing from people off the record,
he's very, very into cars.
And he will double that down for his
personality and that sort of stuff.
And so I'm really interested to see,
and I'm actually fully willing to give it a chance.
I'm willing to give it a chance,
but I...
No, I won't criticize.
No, I will.
I thought you were going to say,
"No, I won't give it."
I've just said it.
It's that there are already the comparisons.
Of course.
Before a camera, was even, before an SD card
was even deleted.
There's already been people going,
"Well, Francis must be Jeremy."
And the throttle house guys must be there.
And I'm like, "Just let it happen."
But why would the...
I think 'cause it's format that already exists.
That's what I mean is it's like giving it a
different name.
Take those three, they go and make a car show
that has a different name called...
Screeve.
Yep.
They go, "Right, so there's three people,
"so there's an obvious comparison to the Cream podcast."
(laughs)
I
think we'll talk on that one.
I would like to know as
well the format of the actual episode.
Is it studio-based
bit like Top Gear Ground Tour?
Is it just specials?
Well,
to start, you surely have to go in specials.
I don't think so.
No.
I think it's two, the specials are fully
personality driven.
In studio, you've got the lap times,
you've got audience interaction,
you've got-
But you don't, technically, because that's
Top Gear, not Grand Tour.
But what do they talk to you?
No, I know, but it's a washed out version of Top Gear.
Yeah, they've washed out Bingo.
But what do they do about, because the new
cars, they're on any new cars.
Now, I have a feeling that they were
interested in electric cars.
Yeah, I don't mind.
And that sort of stuff.
So I'm wondering if they must have a basis of
cars, and also, there are enough,
maybe resto mods being talked about,
all that sort of stuff.
So there's probably enough to scrape together
a six episode season, let's say.
The car still exists, after all.
Yeah, no way.
Yeah, it's still around.
And they are making some interesting,
gish new ones.
Fair.
Get an S1LM on there.
Sure, I doubt it, frankly.
Maybe Francis Bourgeois is the man.
He's the guy who commissioned all five.
Listen.
With his new Grand Tour paycheck,
he went, "I'm gonna spend this."
50 mill mate off you go.
Is there one other person out of it?
It's a part of the season.
Oh, you're 50 million.
Here's my question.
Yep.
How many people are on the Grand Tour?
Three.
How many seats in the S1LM?
Three.
Three.
The Cream Podcast is the one that has
commissioned the girls.
Do you think we could get one for like
through the business?
We can certainly try.
We can certainly try.
'Cause there's a case, there's a use case there.
Good mate.
Yeah, you got one left over.
We'll take it.
Yeah, that'll be our crew car.
Yeah, yeah, we'll have to send the Raptor back.
I'm sure Ford will understand.
We're replacing it out for the S1LM.
It's all good.
I would like to end with, not with a forum.
The forum is still very much part of cream,
but I had a thought.
Something of maybe an infrequent topic to discuss.
Sure.
Okay.
Spotted top trumps.
Now this is not some form of
50:13 Rare Cars Spotted Game
English desserts that's quite rare.
Right, you see cars out
on the road and what such.
Right, sometimes.
All the time, I haven't ever seen one.
I encounter other cars on the road all the time.
I'm always scared by that.
Most normal people driving for some reason.
Dear, for no reason.
Now here's why I would like to play a game
for the week previous.
I'd like you to give me the coolest or rarest
or whatever, whatever thing that we have
chosen category, car you've spotted and we'll
play a game and we'll have to unanimously
vote on it.
Do you need proof?
No, you could say it in short,
yeah.
(laughing)
Of course we drove it here.
Yeah, of course it's time.
(laughing)
It's me.
You may make up something, but I saw it today
and it's a car, but I have been thinking
about months, is it a golf at a fiesta?
Crazy is amazing.
It's got to be on the road.
Well, not me into that.
You have to have seen it with your eyes.
That's what I mean, okay, all right,
all right.
This week, bonus points of his moving.
I have kind of dropped this on you out of
nowhere, so I will tell you what mine is.
Gone.
In terms of rarity, tell me the last time
that you saw a Citroen DS3 racing.
No, you know what, not, it's been a while.
It's been a while?
I don't know, that is.
Because I saw one today.
Well, we were driving.
Was it the spec?
It was black, orange, and I,
'cause I always think, where are they?
Yeah.
I looked it up.
180 delivered to the UK.
180.
Way rarer than a Clio V6.
Jesus.
I saw one.
Actually, Will saw one, but it was an R35 GTL.
That's my one for the week.
I saw it, yeah, I was looking at it too.
That was nice.
No, no, you can't take, you didn't even see that.
I saw it.
I saw it.
I saw it.
And it was miles in the distance,
and he turned around, and I said,
"It was an R35" and then, "Oh,
you can't just take that one."
Listen, you can speak too, man.
Mine's an R35 GTL.
Specifically, it was an EBA,
but you wouldn't know that 'cause he didn't see it.
I saw the R35 GTL.
What color was it?
That's black.
Great.
So there's Will's, there's mine,
Ben.
Any rare car scene?
Any rare car scene this week?
Have I seen these?
I mean, okay, this is probably the rarest car I saw.
It wasn't that rare, and it
was when I bumped to the S2000,
man.
I haven't seen another S2000 since having my S2000.
It wasn't that's on the road,
not rusty.
A rare sight to see.
Listen, I'm dying out of it.
But that is a, it's not necessarily a--
We'll prep more for the next one.
Yeah.
But just keep an eye on cars that you see.
We've all of Christmas.
It's only a week away.
Only, no, that's not true.
Not true, not yet.
Yeah, over Christmas, there's plenty of time
to sequel cars.
I'm gonna be driving and I'm gonna take both
hands off the wheel to write in a note.
Yeah, I was gonna say we're gonna get to the next book.
I was gonna flip out a big A4 notebook and
go, "Right, Ben.
"How do you A4 event, but in a rare color?"
"It's the rain for the reasonable day."
Right, I think we leave it there.
I know it's a short one, but we are pushed
for time this end of the year.
It will be a new year and a new set of creams next year.
Fresh cream.
It'll be a full batch of videos next year.
You managed to make it.
Hang on, actually.
We have done a year and a bit of podcast and
we've never, ever had an issue with a video.
We made it to the last one of the year.
The one we were most excited for.
Our most excitement.
The one that we actually prepped for.
We bought set decoration, we bought jumpers,
we bought, we'll actually wore a paper crown.
I know, I actually was wearing a marching
band that was silent.
You couldn't hear them if you listened to it.
Oh, just big alarm, is it?
Is it time?
I think we call it there.
Thank you very much for listening to this
episode of Cars Rule Everything Around Me.
We will be back on the second week of the year.
See you then, creamers.
Happy New Year.
Happy New Year.
Merry Christmas.
Tell us your resolutions and goodbye.
