0:00 Introduction and Rule or Ruin
How far am I away from that dog?
Will I kill that old woman?
I like a bit of violence.
Ben's most violent thing he's
watched is Kung Fu Panda.
Who is myself?
Who is myself?
My name is William.
And over
there is Ben.
My name is Benjamin.
In front of and behind a
camera as per usual.
We're doing this in the morning.
So
that's why things are really weird.
This is all wrong.
We've already stripped down on Azarati this morning.
So there's been a delirium afoot that we call
Ben Azarati.
Usually you film these at like,
what, 7 p.m.?
8 p.m.?
So it's like a little bit weird.
different level of delirium.
This is a full day.
This is like, we're not quite awake.
This is, this is coffee.
I was going to say, this is cream and coffee.
Yeah.
Or whatever one of those names that you guys
came up with.
We were meant to film this shut up fair
enough before we start.
We have to answer.
You can't start talking because.
Oh, sorry, that's fair.
Before the podcast begins, we have to answer
the car's rule of ruin everything around us.
Ben, let's give it now you can speak.
For me, it will be a big rule.
What?
No, it'll be a big ruin.
John, one of my worst yet.
Yeah, I'm sure.
I don't know.
I've had some rough ones.
Yeah, I've had some tough ones.
This one, John, I've never had two hit at
once, but we happened at once.
I think anyway, Caroline.
I'm in ruin because both of my cars are not
in the best way.
The Clio is in the worst way,
arguably.
Let's start with the Clio.
So the Clio, it'll be probably actually about
a week or two old and out of the video,
but we tried to put a shifter in it.
A nice upgraded 0.1 sort of like track shifter.
We're looking forward to it.
Just went wrong, really.
We got it in the car, everything linked up,
and it just won't go into reverse.
And we mess with the adjustment,
can't make it work.
So we leave it.
By now, by now, the creamers and people would
have seen this on the podcast,
on the channel.
So maybe someone would have messaged and
said, "I had the same issue."
Usually, we've already sorted out an issue
before people see it, and they message it and
go, "Hey, you know, you can fix it like this."
And we go, "Yeah, yeah, yeah,
shut up."
I found this Facebook post about it.
Someone had the exact, someone said,
"No, that's one, can't get into reverse."
And then there was like, no suggestions,
and then the guy just comments fixed.
I was like, not having things to do with it.
I need to know how.
Yeah, so that's tough.
In that, Will said to me, so we couldn't get
into reverse.
Will said to me, maybe it's a gearbox thing,
which would be unlikely because it's a brand
new box, but brand new built box.
But maybe it needs to be a bit of heat in it
to be able to get through the gears easily.
So I took it for like a two-minute drive down
the road, fearful because I knew I couldn't reverse.
So I had to try and plan a route
3:00 Edwin's Clio Issues
and didn't have to turn around.
And I got back and I think I mentioned before
the steering.
I've chosen what was really weird.
Like it's got, it's got like a massive dead zone.
And these two, every time I set up we're
going, it's placebo, you just set it too hard
on the track and I'm just scared now.
And Will drove it and...
Well, my, my.
I was stunned, firstly stunned because Ben was right.
And I think actually he was underselling it
somewhat, which is not usually Ben's style.
Usually he's an overseller.
Thanks.
True.
And I drove it down the road and I'd said to
Edwin when I came back, the only car I could
compare it to is driving the Cadillac that we had.
The shit hole, the '70s Cadillac that had no
steering feel.
It was worse than that.
It was, or I don't know what's wrong with it.
Yeah.
I think the racks, I think the rack's dead.
Something to do with the power.
It felt like the, the power steering was over
assisted somehow.
But you used, in the video, I would move the
wheel, you know, I've sort of a decent amount
and it doesn't actually do anything with the steering.
I think the racks packed in.
I don't need you to just say it,
I'll give you a grant.
I want to keep it.
Also, then we'll rev it in the video.
And from that point I went from being sad to
just being like, you know what,
it's gonna be okay.
That's how we go.
That's how we go and go.
That's also how I knew that I didn't want to
get rid of it.
So clear bad.
Clear bad.
So clear currently sat out there,
we haven't touched it since,
'cause we, we felt that way quite last minute.
Golf, I mentioned the last few podcasts in
these good specialists had some issues.
It's been.
And they called me.
Can I, can I just say, I mean,
this was on the list to talk about,
but let's just get out of the way now.
Yeah.
A promise has been broken.
Yeah.
Trust, trust.
What promise?
That we all built back up with you has been
dashed into the, into the hedges.
Let's, let's not let the puppeteer,
you know, what promised the hands out.
What did you say you were gonna do in the last episode?
Here we go.
Let's keep that, you know, that mouth moving
for the, for the audio listeners.
Nope, you need to speak as well.
What?
Noises have to do that.
What do I say, it's as best you said.
Yeah, no, okay.
And then you also said something in there.
Not only did you say, you said you would take
it there and you were getting everything sorted.
And they would do it.
Yeah.
And what's happened?
They walked it.
It's booked in.
But they couldn't do it until,
they're yes sticks.
It needs like eight hours of labor.
They're like, we can't do this at two o'clock
this afternoon.
They said, we can't do it for like two weeks.
So it's gotta go back.
But what are we doing?
What are we doing?
Oh no, I didn't know about that.
That was a tough one.
And that's 'cause we were hit parts.
So basically I have a list.
I'll pull the list up.
We got a sad, sad phone call from Ben yesterday.
Well, it was about us.
It's a no.
It's a no.
It's pointless.
I can't do this anymore.
I can't do this anymore.
I can't do this anymore.
I think I was actually in quite okay moods.
I'm using words to the effect.
So, let's go through it.
So the engine morning light is what I thought it was.
I don't think it's the exact multiple pumps.
One of the heat support pumps is not very happy.
But apparently, okay, to drive,
just needs doing.
We got VAG specialist, Ben here,
giving us a rum belt, my whole thing.
Do you want the answer?
Give us the cliff notes on it,
big cheese.
Cost and ease to do that.
I don't have the exact cost breakdown,
but I can give you a total.
So you're so mean while Ben on the phone yesterday.
Thousands, it's gonna cost thousands.
No, no, how much total it is.
I think it'd be a very rough one,
but then people will come and go,
"Oh, that's not right."
It'll be, here's Port Partney's doing.
The long cranking issue is apparently it's my battery.
That's, I can't believe it.
I'm not engine apart, engine out.
Well, we put a new battery in it when I first
bought it, but apparently that's now dead,
'cause I don't really know.
Cool.
I think it needs coding properly.
It also, the oil burning, what a happy one
here, 'cause they reckon they can fix it.
Oh yeah.
It is the PCV valve that I was told about
when I first bought the car.
Interesting.
By a view, I think.
And annoyingly though, that is built into the rock cover.
So it needs more rock cover?
Yeah, which is quite a big job.
And then when you do that, you've got to
then, there's loads of other stuff you've got
replaced at the same time.
What is that?
Does that mean, like, no?
What?
No, is it like injectors out,
stuff like that?
It is.
That's tough.
Okay.
So I can see it getting injectors done,
but 80 minimum seals, you've got to get all
the other seal kit.
Or a seal kit.
Okay.
7:00 Will's Golf Troubles
I think then these new tires and alignment.
So the stuff we'd told you about and you said no.
And then they said to me, oh yeah,
your dampers, yeah, no, they're mashed,
they're mashed, big style.
They said three of them are like
on their way out, one of them is just done for.
So I do need to do that like ASAP.
So all of that means that I've
got a big bill on my hands.
Bro, Bro took his car to the specialist,
they said, this needs work and Ben went,
what?
So would you now admit some semblance of
mistake that you've made?
No.
No, it's when we said you could keep on,
oh, I can't believe it.
I could piss you with a large spike.
Why, what did you say out of those things?
No, no, no, out of those things.
What I'm saying is you don't,
how do I put this without really grilling you
in a way that you're not like?
It's like it's keeping on top of those things.
Oh yeah, I'll just change my rock cover
slide, just as maintenance.
Bro described the maintenance.
Do you how long have you been burning oil for?
How much have you spent on oil?
Not that much.
Every time I see you.
Because you steal our oil.
Every time I see you.
No, I don't, I don't ever steal your oil.
So how much have you spent on oil?
Not that much.
Every time I see this, this,
this Bristolian bastard.
There it is.
You're now, I come in in the morning and the
bonnet is up on your go.
That's wrong.
What do you do when I pulled in this morning?
Well, I actually didn't have a warning light today.
I just was just checking it because they told me.
No, that's what most people do.
When they get to work, they go,
let's just check the oil just next.
Well, it has a normal thing for me to do every day.
Okay.
Didn't check the oil properly.
And then my S2000 has an issue.
It's not every day.
I'm not here every day.
You did it on
Monday.
It's now Friday.
Monday, you must know.
Monday, I
had a warning light that said you're always getting low.
You must top it up.
So I then topped it up.
Today, I was just checking it because I've
done a few miles this week.
I haven't had a light.
I just checked it.
How many miles?
400?
400?
Okay.
So, right.
So your oil burning.
One thing is, is you have to preventative
maintenance, keeping on top of things,
I know that.
I know that.
If you can't do it, you have to get someone
else to do it.
But you refuse it.
You say, "These tires, we've got a light."
The suspension, with suspension,
how long we've been saying that?
But you never, no, you just said that it was
wearing tires and I took it there myself.
You didn't tell me to take it there.
I took it there as my, off my back.
How long have we been saying,
if the car is, if you're wearing through
tires, you're going to have a suspension
issue somewhere and you were like,
"No, no."
Or Gucci here.
What I actually said to you was that I had a
cheap alignment done.
It might just be that.
I think it's a mixture of that.
And then you said, "I'll just drive over
8,000 miles, obviously."
Yeah, but everything is now the point.
I'm not trying to change you.
I'm just trying to grip.
I'm just trying to toast you.
You should do maintenance, of course.
You should cross demands.
But it's not like, I'm also,
remember, please remember this,
that I'm not you guys.
You guys will go fantastic.
You guys will get out, walk out the door the
morning and go, "I think my car might need a rock cover."
But I don't have to, there has to be an issue
for me to then fix.
Right, but that issue has been present for
six months or more.
Okay, but at the same time, the oil burning
thing as well is, is a GTD thing.
I'm not saying that it, no, hang on,
I'm not saying that it is an issue.
I'm saying that they will burn oil in a
matter of what you think you are.
Why you don't come for this?
Me, me, me, me, me, me.
God.
Here's my thing for you.
Yes.
Right, if you admit that you are not perhaps
as mechanically minded, viable,
whatever it is, then, but then you have to
understand that you need to keep on top of
that by going to either someone else,
either having someone else do it,
or, or I know this.
Okay, but why don't you do it then?
What have I just done?
Right, but that's the first time.
Yes, because you're not as there are now
issues that need fixing.
Those issues have been there since the beginning.
No, they haven't.
So when did the alignment get done?
The alignment got done.
But that was to try.
But that was, it's only really been going,
it's been a couple of months.
But I also remember that like,
my schedule is tough to be out there.
Oh, here he is.
Here he is.
What?
You got mayoral events that you have to go.
You have to cut ribbons.
Okay.
I mean, it's very difficult.
It's a way away.
I can't have a courtesy card.
That's my main issue.
So when I jump to a garage, I have to run.
and it has two cards.
Oh, yeah.
And they're both in a fantastic shape right
now, aren't they?
I can definitely drive one of them.
Your Clio is driving before.
You could have done it the moment you got your Clio.
You could have sent the golf off.
Yeah, but I've had the Clio for,
I think, maybe six weeks.
Okay.
Okay.
So, and I've now sorted it.
The Clio was back out with my plan today was
to come here and take the Clio home.
I can't do that now.
So it makes it very difficult to do that.
I'm not making excuses.
I am.
All I'm saying is that you're saying to me,
well, when there's an issue,
you've got to fix it.
Yeah.
I have an issue.
I'm fixing it.
point is that you've had this issue for
longer than just now.
So at what point?
So I have to say the day that it goes wrong?
I mean, that would be preferable.
It's drivable.
It doesn't affect you.
So why does it matter?
What I'm saying is, Ben, is not necessarily
have to get on it immediately.
Also, what I'm saying is you don't
necessarily need to wait for a problem to crop up.
It's if you have a car, if you look after the
car properly, you might see these things earlier.
But I do not like the car.
I know it's a car.
I'm failing.
You're not going to see that earlier.
But that car is looked after.
I don't understand this.
There's other thing you always say is,
how's not low task books?
I don't clean it enough.
No.
You aren't willing to go and take it to
someone to get it checked sooner.
But it went there.
It had like multiple thousand pound worth of
work earlier this year.
I'm driven it.
And now I need some more work.
So it's now going back to be be sorted.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I mean, you get the work done when it needs it.
But what I was saying is preventative maintenance.
You don't do it when it needs it.
You don't before that.
Yeah, that's true.
But it's still most things.
Yeah.
Of like, they're not all like engine lights
popping up round, but it's you can't happen.
That happened last week.
So I'm anyway, I'm getting it sorted.
The dampers, we have seven dampers here,
which we've had for ages.
wearing kit for it.
So are you excited for that?
I'm excited to see it lowered.
Okay.
Sure.
I'm looking forward to it.
But there is a part of me that's concerned
about, I will be annoyed at myself if then
the practicality of it, like this piers.
But I don't think it's that low.
It's a 20-minute drop.
And it'll still ride mostly the same.
I've done quite a lot of research.
Also, you do motorway.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Also, the springs that we've got for it are
specifically designed to work with OEM
dampers and stuff nicely.
So it should actually feel relatively good.
So, yeah, we'll do that as a little over here.
And your wheels, they're staying the same?
I've run out of the ability to pave all of
this at once.
So the wheels are staying.
Yeah, I need to get tight.
I need to get tight.
I need to get tight.
I'm not buying the Golf Aura.
No, I'm not buying the Golf Aura.
Golf Aura will not happen anymore.
No, I need to sort of the input.
And then once I've got all that sorted,
it's clear time.
But right now there's a long list of...
This happened and these guys sent me straight
away a Facebook marketplace that plays
listing for the new seats for the clear.
Which I said, no, I need to fix the cards.
At a bargain price, we must say.
So overall, it's a ruin.
Very much so, yeah.
Very well.
I'll just say rule.
Sure.
For any reason, particularly.
No real reasons.
Everything's just sort of working.
M3's off home.
Alignment today, that's fantastic news.
Dips will be here today, which is fantastic news.
Always fantastic.
Just hang out, ready to see such a jolly fellow.
I just love seeing bits.
It really gets the day going.
He brightens my day into such a great way
that I don't know that any other human does.
Meanwhile, my girlfriend listens to this.
Hey, there's a...
What was I squeaking for me?
14:00 Will's Mercy Logo and M3 Updates
I think so.
I think it was not crazy noise.
There's a smidgen of ruin in there.
I keep seeing Mercy logo related stuff and I
know that mine's just sat not doing anything
and I want to use it.
Because I thought I was like,
you know what, the weather's getting crap now.
I won't worry.
But then we just had some quite nice days.
Not too hot.
We're like, it's
just a crisp autumnal English morning.
And I want to be driving the Mercy logo and I
can't because it doesn't start in the autumn.
Is it autumn?
Well, isn't that you want to drive it in the autumn?
Yeah.
Oh, I thought you want to put it away.
No, as long as it's dry and it's a nice day
and it's not passionate doing with rain,
I want to drive that thing.
You're going to get a crisp winter's morning.
That's what I mean.
If you know, it doesn't need to be sunny out.
It's all we'll drive.
It's a car.
It's just for weasel.
So yeah, these things don't melt,
you know.
I'm looking forward to getting that back at
some point and hopefully in the next.
In the next.
Oh, yeah.
a few months.
Okay.
Let's call it two years.
That's how I hope not.
I think it'll be after Christmas.
I don't don't say why.
I just think it will be.
Yeah, but it's going to it's literally going
in next month.
And the thing is you're you're not counting
on it is that Stuart from SPR is going to be
doing it or helping with it.
So therefore that man that man knows what he's doing.
Yeah.
I am waiting it the engine to come out and they go.
There is there is this little rebuild.
Yeah.
There is this little thing to do.
So we'll see.
It's going to be very expensive,
but I just want that car back.
I've not that I forgot about it for a while,
but I forgot I was like, I was kind of fine.
I'm not using it.
And then now I'm like, I do want to use that though.
But yeah, M3's come along nicely.
Oh, McGahn is back.
Like I think we said in the last podcast,
but McGahn is back imminently.
That's sorted tomorrow.
Cages back in now.
Tomorrow.
Tomorrow.
Tomorrow from John at Cormren.
So very excited.
Need to get a track day done in that.
And yeah, because M3 can't be used for track
days because it's well, it's too loud,
isn't it?
It's the most loud.
But you Ben, you weren't here for this.
We went out, I think for lunch or something.
I was behind Will in the Clio with my windows up.
We went through a small tunnel.
It hurt.
You know when a car revs in all like a loud
noise and you can't help but turn your head away?
It was that.
Oh, it's smiling, but it was bad.
It's a weird moment because most cars that
loud are really annoying because it didn't sound good.
Whereas that car still has--
It is a little bit.
It still has tone though.
It does.
I don't have a tone.
They just sound like noise.
But it does make you fully aware.
of your surroundings and everyone.
You look at everyone and think,
"Am I going to piss that person off?"
How far am I away from that dog?
Will I kill that old woman?
Where are the police?
Are they police in the vicinity?
Not just on this road, but are they--
Because they're going to hear you from a long way away.
But Valve shut?
Valve shut's fine.
But it's boring.
Yeah.
I do still think, as much as I've answered it
off camera when we did it, it sounds really
good with the valves open.
Like really good.
But it's more of like a novelty thing where
you'd might open it for a minute and go "ba"
and then you're going to close it.
But I think when you get your carbon planet
on it, with the valve shut, I think that'll
be the perfect level of exhaust and intake
where it's going to be just good.
I had to do some road testing,
because now the coilovers are on.
It's being aligned today, so I wanted to make
sure they were in knocks and bangs and what such.
And I came across a horse.
Oh.
And then also you-- Yeah.
OK.
Great.
And I had given it a bit of a poll,
and they looked behind in great shock as if
like a sort of a homing missile was coming at them.
But I slowed right down, despite my dislike
of horses on the road.
I thought a mile an hour.
Close the 70s.
To around about 10 mile an hour.
10, please.
Close the valve and they'll help.
Happy as Larry.
They gave me thumbs up.
Cheers.
They said, "Your lack is peeling."
And then they then let down the road.
They just heard wah-bah-bah-bah-bah-bah-bah.
So yeah, for horses, our people and dogs,
great.
Yeah, fantastic.
The valve helps with that.
It does.
Fantastic.
So yeah.
Rule, rule, rule.
Rule, rule.
I'm saying-- Rule, rule.
I meant to say this to you, Ben,
when we were about to work on our Cleos,
but there is an old adage we've talked about
on here from Karl Thrall that if in a trio,
only two cars may work at any one time.
And because the Mégane was coming back,
I meant to say, unfortunately,
seeing as I've got my Cleo working,
it will be you.
And it did, in fact, end up being you.
I've done my time.
Yeah, Will's done his time.
My car has done its time for sure.
It's been sat out there on--
well, having been on fire.
But I know I love it.
I love that car.
Yeah, I didn't call him literally set fire.
And do you have, like, one missing gear and
some sloppy steering?
No, it's not ideal.
It's just-- Hey, this is my rule.
I'm talking now.
I just wanted you to say-- Yeah.
Mad boy.
Check the script.
Check the script.
It's on there.
No, no, please carry on.
Please carry on.
I was going to say, it's not a bad,
but it's more-- it's a frustrating one.
Yes, it's back in.
No, don't stop.
Don't, don't-- Because I can't be asked of it.
It's long.
Just sell it.
It will be fixed.
Don't worry.
It's a shifter, isn't it?
I know why he's thinking of this.
I know.
He's saying it's like that.
Because he wants to take it out and sell it
and get some money so he can--
No, that's not true at all.
Well, that's potentially that.
But he wants to use the money to fix the
golf, which, you know, is probably
financially sensible, but it's also incredibly boring.
Thank God so much at all.
Genuinely, I just want to take it out because
I'm a fed up of dealing with it.
So it's a rule for me because I'm driving my Clio.
But I did-- I've been driving this.
It's been nice.
It has been too rainy.
This morning I came out.
It'd been raining last night.
The interiors all messed it up.
And I was like, I was going to use this as a
daily over winter.
That's going to get old quickly.
You start the car and it goes,
ha, you turn the key, it goes,
eh.
And then you start to-- again,
it goes, buh, buh, buh, buh,
buh, buh, buh, buh, buh, buh.
And it just idle goes all over the place.
It's quite interesting car.
I'd love to know that.
I think it's for the two guys to fit the
engine, probably.
How dare you?
I know, because it didn't run.
No, it didn't even stop.
So there is no baseline in which to go from.
I think it's an air leak or something that
stumbles at the beginning.
So I think that might get old.
So there may still need to be a day,
at some point.
But right now, I'm content.
I just love that car.
The moment it gets warm and you can--
Ben, you were in the passenger seat with the
window down in technologies.
It's good.
Fantastic.
Maybe miss my guy.
I love it.
So rule for me, I'm happy.
I think it's a lot of things and stuff.
I had a little story related to this week's
sponsor once again, Car Vertical.
A viewer has sent in, Chapman Josh,
saying he has a car, a little vertical
related story, story spell STOREY,
which I think is related to buildings.
I will read it to
you.
Fantastic.
That makes sense.
I recently posted my wife's old VW Tiguan for sale.
I want to trade her.
Within a couple of hours, I was contacted by
a very keen chap, looking to come and view my
car the following evening.
Everything was arranged and he seemed nice,
but he then asked me to run a check for him.
21:00 CarVertical Sponsorship Discussion
as he can't do it, as he's not the registered keeper.
Interesting.
I thought it was a bit weird,
but I didn't think too much about it.
Having just recently bought my wife an XC90,
I thought I knew that you could car vertical
any car, regardless of the ownership.
So the Volvo scored an 87 score.
Oh, that's good.
We don't see that though.
Amazing the fact that the link he sent was a scam.
I then naively sent him a link to the car
vertical and even gave him a discount code.
Cream to try and save the scammer a few pounds.
Not only did car vertical secure me a good
new car, it also saved me on the sale of my old one.
Love the channels, keep doing what you're doing.
So you go crazy coming in clutch there for
something else.
But beware of scams, obviously.
Don't be giving out cover to other people.
But obviously, if you are going to run a car
vertical, make sure that you're using the
cream discount code.
As he said, cream discount code gets you 20% off.
You don't know what a car vertical is.
It is a check.
It's a check you should do before you buy any
car, whether your family's buying a car,
friends buying a car, make sure they run a
car vertical check.
It'll tell you if a car has been crashed or
stolen or clocked or anything like that.
Now, it also tells you about assessment damage.
So not just if a car has been written off in
the past, but if someone's had a bump and
they've gone to insurer, the insurer said,
"No, it's not really worth writing it off,
but we might repair it.
We may not repair it.
It will tell you about that assessment as well."
And it'll often tell you where the damage is
and how much it roughly costs,
which is incredibly helpful.
When you go and see the car,
you can see, "Okay, this had an assessment
for rear damage.
Let me have a look at the rear and make sure
it's been repaired properly.
Speak to the owner.
See if I can get this car for just the right manis."
You can use code cream for 20% off.
or bundle loaded them together,
get up to 50% off if you're going to be doing
multiple checks this year.
Shout out the creamers and shout out Car
Vertical for sponsoring us.
I want to talk about what's on the screen behind quickly.
Because there is a thing that has come out,
it's probably, you've definitely heard it here first.
This is now about a month and a bit old.
It's called DLSS5.
Ben, any thoughts on what that might sound for?
No idea.
Can I get a guess?
Downloadable.
Yeah, sausages.
Yeah.
Which is another S-Sausages,
that's two S-S-S.
Yeah.
Okay.
Any thoughts, Will?
I'd say it was download S-Sausages.
Unfortunately, not sausage related to this one.
It sounds for deep learning,
super sampling, which is basically an AI thing.
What Ben does at night?
But what it basically does is that for you,
for visual viewers right now,
you're seeing it.
But if you're an audio listener,
it basically, it's like an AI thing that you
add into it.
into a game or you make part of the game.
And as you're using an old game,
a classic game, whatever game you want,
it samples those frames and then makes like
the lighting and the textures and all that
sort of stuff look more realistic.
So I fell down the rabbit hole of looking at
it last night.
It's only literally in the last few weeks and
you want us to come out.
But it basically makes any old game,
any PS2 game, any game that you can think of,
look how you remember it in your head.
'Cause I keep looking at these videos of things.
So right now I was playing as Pro Street,
in my head, what's playing on the TV is how
Pro Street looks.
But you go back and you play Pro Street on a
PS2 and you go, this is not great.
This looks bad.
So I keep looking into it, all different sort
of games we'll put on Hopsuit two later,
which is a early PS2 game that does not look great.
It does not hold up.
It's rough.
But it looks fantastic.
I said to Will, retirement's looking great.
I can't wait to be old.
I'm playing all the games I used to play as a
child, but looking, it looks amazing.
Like it looks like a new, what do you call it?
Like an Xbox One game or...
I'm assuming this is all PC.
Yeah, I think so.
So it's PC, but I don't know how easy it is
to do, but still.
I'm sure it's probably quite tricky to get it
all to work nicely and there's a lot of faff,
but hopefully if that means,
you know, five, 10 years down the line,
there's a more easy way to do this and add it
to old PlayStation games.
I just want to know why, why,
why, why, why, why?
Why no remasters?
Why ye?
That's what I mean.
Like, that's all we, no one wants.
You know, they do have a remaster,
you know, we've added new features.
I don't care.
Slow your roll.
Yeah, just make it think of it better.
25:00 DLSS5 Technology Excitement
Give me the exact same game and leave.
Yeah.
I will pay you.
And leave.
I will pay you.
That's all they need to know.
I'll pay.
I'll pay for it.
I'll pay for it.
You can do minimal work.
Even if you just released the same game,
I'm cool with it.
Yeah, but with this, if it's easy,
then do it, man.
I know all of the licenses are usually the hardest thing.
Getting the licenses for the songs and
getting the licenses for the cars,
but there's got to be a way around,
man.
It just looks like, I'm so excited by this.
If you want to have a look, it's not most sponsoring.
I don't know, I think it might even be free,
but it's, if you type whatever your favorite
old game is and type DLSS5, it'll show you
like a remastered version.
I just love it.
I'm so excited by this.
I'm so excited by this.
I've fully done Cooler World.
That's not a game that exists.
No one's played that except for you.
We were looking at them yesterday,
some of them look unbelievable.
Some of them, Gran Turismo 4.
Wow.
Oh, man.
Ben, what game do you like?
Most of my games are somewhat modern anyway.
You'd like a Viva Pinata?
I don't know what that is.
Or a Loco Rocco.
Get me like, oh no, like we bowling,
pretty cool.
But like real estate.
But like crazy ass realistic mes.
Yeah, but they still have the weird like sort
of severed heads and floating bodies,
so, yeah.
Has anyone done Phorza 4?
Phorza 4, that's a great one.
Phorza mode, motorsport 4.
I'm not, not horizons, I think.
Yeah, sure.
Phorza 4, I wish, I want it.
It actually looks incredible,
but I think just a little update brings it up to scratch.
There is a test.
There is a test.
Yes, there is four days ago on a,
let me, let me pull this up.
Because the car list on Phorza 4 is stupendents.
Ferrari, but wow, that is looking,
that looks like a new Phorza.
That's crazy.
'Cause Phorza 4 looks good, but that's what I
mean, it doesn't need much.
No, it just needs a little bit of an improvement.
Oh, that's crazy.
Yeah, that's frame rate.
Also, Reventon, we were talking about those
the other day, Lamborghini Reventon,
there's, in Phorza, you'd have different
colored ones, but there are...
As far as I can see, there is actually only one car.
All coupez are grey, and then there's one
convertible, that's that silver color.
There is, but when you look at the registry,
this is now getting into sad stuff,
complete tangent, there is only one color
registered on the registry, which is Grigio Reventon.
But the name of the color, you were saying
that it would be cool if someone had,
if you could wangle Lamborghini getting that
color painted on something else that isn't Reventon.
That would be very cool.
They probably wouldn't want to do that.
They'd probably say, I don't think so.
So Ben, you want Phorza 4, I want Stunt Man,
original Stunt Man.
Burnouts.
There is Burnout 3, I've seen that.
Ben, what's your oldest game that you played?
I played racing game.
Any.
Oh God.
Okay, I played Gran Turismo whatever it was
on the PS2.
That doesn't help if I'm honest.
It was PS2.
Project Gotham.
PS2 3 or 4.
PS2 would be Gran Turismo 4,
that should be 2 or 4.
It was 5 or 4, yeah.
You played that.
Yeah, my brother had it and I had a little go on.
A little sesh.
Yeah, I was quite young.
Were you straight in the used car market
looking for the Dajatsu Qoels?
I don't know, I was very active.
I would love an active.
Yeah, a little crisp acting.
Crisp.
Crisp.
Like crispy on the screen.
Okay.
So that's something to look into if you're
into your gaming stuff.
And if you're not, don't.
That's fair.
You gotta go with these are the options we give you.
What have we got?
We have been, we teased this last week.
So here it is, many weeks after anyone's seen it.
What's that?
New AMG thing.
I don't know this.
You put it in.
You put it in.
So I put it in next time.
So that's your turn.
You quite literally put that in.
Did it because you said it.
You are gonna make me the last minute.
Research around.
Yeah, see.
It's not just me guys.
That's the RPG.
It's not like a GLE G6, one,
four, six, eight, two, whatever.
Isn't it a six, four, six?
Now Ben, I'm gonna put the word on the screen
and I'd like you to say it.
Ben, there you go.
That is the, I'd like to read the name,
please.
Ah, of course.
The Mercedes AMG CLE, six, four,
six.
Special and farting gun special series.
That's the one.
There you go.
Farting gun.
I think you did pretty well on that.
Correct.
So yeah, this is Mercedes' new special
edition version thing.
It looks vaguely like a GTD,
like the wheels look like Mustang GTD to me,
but it's essentially the return of the V8,
'cause they were like, yeah,
no, we're no more V8.
Guys, it's 20, 26, we don't need these gas
guzzling, and then everyone went,
I will not be purchasing anything from you.
I will not buy a C63 that does not have a V8.
So they've got, oh, whoa, whoa,
whoa.
Okay, so I assume this is just like a big
halo return to it, and we'll start now seeing
this engine or related engines back on other
things, but it's a development of the
four-liter twin-turbo flat-plane crank M177
Evo, which is in the--
Flat-plane crank, so the black zero is in.
Yeah, so it says 530 horsepower in the new
S-class in the 646.
It makes--
650.
What's it called then?
Oh, 646.
No, it makes 636.
Right, okay.
I don't know if it's a PS thing or something.
No, no.
But it makes 636 horsepower and 627 pound
foot of torque.
No, you know what, I'm--
Flat-plane's cool, but I don't think it
should be--
What?
I don't think it should be a flat-plane crank.
It's supposed-- and AMG is supposed to be a dirty noise.
Yeah.
It's not supposed to be a crisp,
like--
I don't want this McLaren--
No.
Like, finding a McLaren, I'm cool with that there.
But let's keep-- let's know what we need to
be here, AMG.
So supposedly, the flat-plane crank is
lighter than before.
It also allows the engine to run more cleanly
and therefore comply with the upcoming
Strictly Euro 7.
So they said, right, the brake pads are in.
Yep.
Test them.
And we've changed the crankshaft to make sure
all the engine spins nicely.
Sure.
It's crazy.
How many there's gonna be?
How many is that?
Is it 646?
There are not many of them.
I think there'll be, well, yeah,
it would be 646, wouldn't it?
No, there's 30.
That makes sense as well.
That's 'cause that's--
All these numbers, they-- yeah,
it's classic Mercedes going 6.3.
No, 6.2.
It has some interesting features.
I like the vents, like the aerobits and the
wings are quite cool.
But I will say, it is hideous.
It does not look good.
It's a bad looking quick.
The GTD looks like a race car for the road.
Where is that?
It's close.
I don't know, the big front floor sucking front
grill.
'Cause that looks like the new,
not SLS, AMG GT
looking thing.
But my biggest issue, it is 60 mil wider
than the standard car.
So it's chunky, but my biggest thing
is the rear.
It's just the fours will win.
There's no
design process to that.
If you took that wing off, it's the same
issue I have with the Project 8 Jaguar.
If you take it off, it's a cleaner design.
If you imagine that without,
it would just look like a really cool,
angry C63S.
Surely.
I know there's only 30 of them,
so you can imagine that the people buying it
have got a few squids to spare.
So you think someone might just go,
"I'll take that off."
I know it won't be as fast, and that's not
the purpose of this car, but still just take
that wing off.
Also, exhausts from Lexus ISF.
When we bring that, we're all bringing back
the double stacked exhaust.
Kind of cool, but either way,
I'm happy with that.
I am happy with that.
Small coupé mark is good, very good.
That's good to see.
32:00 Mystery Revuelto Details Leak
I think that lots.
Next up from you, Benjamin, what I'm gonna
use that I'm hoping you will have info on
this time, is Mystery Revuelto Details leak.
Yes, we mentioned it.
We talked about it a little bit.
He looks so shocked when I say it,
and he listens, and he goes,
"Yeah, that was me!"
(laughs)
So, this is obviously just a,
it's all leaks from rumors, and we don't know
if this is true, but here are the rumors.
We're gonna talk about it.
Okay.
Speculation.
So, I know nothing of this.
Imagine I'm a creamer.
It's either.
So, the rumor is either Revuelto 2.0.
They've updated it.
Or as a software.
Two litre.
Oh, I don't go anywhere.
It's got TFSI in there.
Or an S or Evo with the current rumored names.
Okay.
So, to have a new name, it's me sold in coupe
and Rhodes to form at the same time.
You said it wasn't possible.
We were told it isn't possible,
but maybe they've done something else.
It will still be a V12, but a smaller one,
allegedly.
What?
A?
5.9 liters.
Interesting.
Let's do that, then.
Well, it's Rumus Planet in 2028,
which is not easy.
Is it Euro 7 thing?
Break pads.
Makes sense.
We can't make break pads.
Our break pads are giving off so many emissions.
We're going to have to make engines smaller.
So, that's obviously a rumor.
I don't know where it's coming from.
I can't set my sources.
I've just read in there.
No smoke without fire.
But I have seen it in multiple places.
No, it feels like it's...
Reputable sources.
No.
It's reputable.
It's Ben's notes.
Ben's notes.
You keep looking at your...
I've seen that number again.
What am I going to make up this week?
Google Amazon.
So, yeah, interesting.
That was the thing I want to talk about.
No, mainly.
Mainly.
Mainly is the fact that it might be a smaller engine.
Which feels weird, 'cause I don't know how
many chains the engine will do.
That's not what happens.
Could be wrong.
Lamborghini way is to go his more.
Maybe we're going to go, now we keep going back down.
So, now we're going back to the three and a half liter.
That's quite...
5'9" is smaller.
That's smaller since...
Even smaller than the Diablo.
Early, early...
Early Diablo, yeah.
What's the current one, 7?
6'5".
7 was the Marine engines, right?
They're 7 or 7'2".
Yeah, 7 something.
They were like the early, but yeah,
biggest...
Well, biggest bizzarene...
No, no bizzarene, but biggest one,
those will be 12 and 6'5".
Now, will it be turbo?
Hey, maybe they watched Jintami videos and
went, "That sounds sick, isn't it?"
That's a smaller engine, but...
Nah.
Surely not.
I think that's better.
But surely, the more the evolution of that
car needs to be, and it needs to be similar
to the first one, otherwise,
why would one of them buy it?
Yeah, why people go...
Maybe it'll be more electric.
Well, could you have more power,
really?
No, Ben.
Off on the phone.
Yeah, I'll ask him.
What's going on?
We'll get off now, 15 minutes with him,
and I'll ask him all the big questions.
And he'll go, "I'm not telling you anything."
Yeah, he'll go, that's fair.
You read this for a few minutes.
We've got to go.
He'll go, "I don't know, I'm giving you my time."
He'll go, "Those rumours are from an
Instagram comment section.
Why are you asking?"
Batman just dropped broccoli on our floor.
Why has he done that, then?
Well, this man is in all of our cake.
Fantastic broccoli, to be fair.
What have we got next?
Edwin from you, rappers and coopays.
I have a bone to pick with the rap world.
As we're very familiar with,
we like our rap music, we like our hip hop music.
Ben does, Ben does.
They're massive into it.
I had a thought the other day,
why is it that rappers don't understand what
a coopay is?
They're always talking, I'm gonna pull up,
I was listening to, it was a little way in Mr.
Carter.
Can we get, John, I'll get the definition of
coopay up, so we can go by the book here.
Also, I'm assuming they're saying coop at this stage.
No, I'm gonna say it correct as coopay,
but they're saying coopay.
Can I give you a definition?
Yep.
A coopay is a passenger car with a fixed
closed roof, a sloping or truncated rear roof
line, and typically two doors.
So this is just one example,
but there are many, many examples.
Creamers will know, creamers will find this
in the comments, creamers who are equally as
sad as we are.
I heard somebody say church,
I'm a need a suit, I'm a need a coop,
I won't need a roof.
They always talk about coops and being ruthless.
That wouldn't be true, would it?
Exactly, that's not a coupe.
You can't say, I'm pulling up in the ruthless
coupe, that's a convertible.
Let's get the etymology, let's get
thevernacular correct when we're talking
about these things.
I would argue that's possibly the biggest
defining factor, because even the doors,
you can afford a coupe kind of,
it's become more of a thing now.
Yeah, with the roof line is sloping off.
What about like a target?
Now I know a target is a target,
that's the point of it, but if you think of
like a 911, they still have like a roof bar,
therefore like it kind of still is a coupe.
It's not the, it's more a fast back,
isn't it?
Is that true?
Where did you get that word from?
Like a, like a Mazda Mx5 is an RF fry
retractable fastback.
So it's not, it's not.
I don't like the terms that get thrown around.
You just gave us one.
Yeah, no, no, you just threw fastback at me.
You just said target.
I just don't think this fits in this version.
You said target, but target,
like a NF50 is a target, but would you call
it a coupe?
No, it's a, I would call it a converter.
So it's not, I would call it a convertible.
An F50 is a convertible.
But doesn't come, let me get the definition
of convertible for us.
Okay, perfect.
A convertible, it's in the word,
surely.
It's a car that can be, that the roof converts.
A convertible car is a passenger vehicle that
can be driven with or without a roof in place.
So with or without?
So that's, it, as target, as target sits
underneath the roof.
Yeah.
If you, if the creamers find the other
instances of this, I know there are hundreds
of instances of this, 'cause I hear it and I
always go, not what a coupe is,
you can't call it that.
So someone's got to be talking about clown
shoes and, you know, shooting brakes.
Wait, wait, get coupe up again.
Also, when it's wrappers too,
a lot of time it's like S-class coupe,
like convertible, where it's where we're
talking completely flat body line,
just a windscreen, I mean, where it is,
that is, there is no roof there.
It converts to a no roof car.
There is no roof.
It's not an F50 where it's, it's not where it's.
Like a Plurial, that's.
What do you want, Will?
I want coupe again.
Because, you know, we're going into,
go on.
No, you're wrong.
He's proven you're wrong.
Back to definition, a coupe is a passenger
car with a fixed closed roof.
That's what I'm saying.
It can't be, it can't be like an SL.
An SL is not a coupe when it's roof stop.
It's still a convertible.
It's just got a hard roof.
If you weld it closed, then fine.
Then an SL65 AMG.
Black Series.
Coupe for short.
Yeah, I meant Black Series.
Yeah.
That's a coupe.
That's so yeah.
So you've got a beef of rappers then.
I've got a hardy for those rules.
That's not true.
I like those hard and fast rules that they have to.
I know that they're thinking,
well, that doesn't really, you know,
it's not really musical.
It doesn't rhyme with that.
But you used to correct, you know,
terminology.
Like Will Smith saying an 850 IS,
A not a thing, and driving around in the drop.
It's not, there is none.
I'm upset by this.
Did you not claim that there was a modified?
There were lots of them, to be fair.
But that feels like you've just,
you know, you're clutching at straw.
Then I want to hear the aftermarket tuner
that did the work.
Yeah.
We need, I need to be hearing about Lynx,
you know, doing a custom SEC convertible.
Also, if you're trying to sound badass,
as it were, you know, I would say that,
I would say
that correct tonology, especially in the
automotive context, would actually make you
seem more cool.
Oh, for sure.
Like, if you know, you know types of.
Yeah, exactly.
Whereas it's sort of the thinking man's lyrics.
You should be talking about ex-cars,
you know, type of thing.
If you know, you know.
Yeah, exactly.
Sleepers.
If you're getting it wrong, then you're
effectively me rapping.
Plus twos and shooting breaks.
I had a quick look on Genius,
couldn't find anything about shooting breaks.
No one.
Which is, I think it would fit.
I think, yeah, shooting break,
there's some wordplay in there.
Sure fit that in two plus two targets.
Go in there.
Something about clown shoe, something about C pillars.
I'll put in two plus two and we'll see what we get.
A C segment.
Pour in that two plus two of my Fanta,
that's Migos.
Don't know what that means, if I'm honest.
Yeah, no, a lot of two plus two,
just kind of talking about how it equals
four, but can't really see anything about cars.
Guys, let's up those lyrics,
let's get those lyrics going,
yeah?
What we got next?
We've got...
Ooh.
There it is.
Something I didn't think I'd see come from Ben.
More of a word, when I hear you say it,
it won't sound right.
I'll put in the chat, undercover Feds.
I thought it was funny.
How would you say that?
No.
I'd call them the...
No, I can say that.
How would you say that though?
I'd say undercover Feds.
Okay.
The disguise's constabulary.
Yeah, exactly.
Do you cover Feds, do you?
That's a Fed.
No, okay, I was on the way home.
Do you have a night?
I, not a good one for me to talk about
because I'll be comments.
Behind me, I saw lights.
Here we go.
I learned from my past mistakes.
You went, nope.
No, so I was, actually, it was quite far away.
I was like, I just wanna be away from this.
So, I moved the other way.
As this car got close to me,
it was A.
Here we go.
Here we go.
Oh, here we go.
Sounds great for the listeners,
don't hear that.
Stories prepped.
41:00 Undercover Police Car Encounter
Two, five.
Okay.
Some of that.
Were there multiple cues or was it just like?
Yeah, like four cues and five.
As it got sort of near behind,
like me and the person behind me,
the lights went out.
And I was like, that's weird.
But you know when you see an undercover
policeman, like you can always tell.
You shouldn't.
Maybe you can usually tell.
It's a car, A, it's like a model of car that
we sort of know.
You can sort of see where they've got the
lights and the grill.
You can sort of tell this car.
I was like, that is a normal car.
And the person driving it looked over,
didn't like a policeman at all.
And it was not where it was like fully like
plane clothes.
He's under, that's an undercover policeman.
They're not always, they're not always.
That's not loud.
Where's your uniform?
They're not always.
They're blacked out car, they're just a normal car.
And then he's in there with a Bobby Howl.
He's in there with the high vis that says
police across the bank.
Kerry, if I'm wrong here, Creamers,
but I'm pretty sure there are some under her
police cars, whether it's just police in them.
The car itself and the color.
Yeah, that's true.
That's not very undercover, though,
is it?
They're undercover the car.
Ben, it could've been MI5 or something.
They had different car lights?
Could've been slow horses.
Could've been the dogs.
I actually got to talk about that.
What I'm saying is that usually you can tell,
even if it's kind of past you,
you can tell that it wasn't.
Well, you can, because you're not like the vast.
Was it just one car?
Just one car.
It's one car.
I never forget that I saw an A8 undercover's crazy.
I could not believe it.
And while I thought, you've pulled the long straw.
What's that mean, hey?
What's that mean?
Short straw?
No, short straw would be like bad,
wouldn't it?
So in theory, the long straw's the good one.
Oh, you've got a cool car.
Yeah, you've got a cool car.
So you've got a longer store.
Again, I feel like that has to be security services.
That has to be something.
But you can't have a light if you're security services.
Of course you can.
Yeah, but then what's the, you don't get like police.
What kind of security, private security?
No, I would imagine it can only be like--
Pet's secret service.
Oh, I see.
Who can legally have blue lights?
On their car.
Things Ben has Googles.
(laughs)
It designated emergency service vehicles and
official--
Fishermen.
And authorized specialist vehicles.
That's one of the poorest specialists.
I can have blue lights, my God.
So police and law enforcement.
Yeah, law enforcement.
So national crime agency vehicles.
So maybe they can have that too.
I was shocked at like how much you just
couldn't tell that car.
Oh no.
And you can tell.
Like gadgets.
Or are they just cars?
I think they're just cars.
Yeah, but surely they got to have something else.
Also, one of them we'll say,
some lights off.
Done trail, so.
And then went past me at speed.
And then carried on at speed.
Well, 'cause there was no one else in front
of them for a while.
Oh, there were people.
It was the way it goes.
In their lane though.
Yeah, people up ahead, yeah.
Okay.
But like, now we're just in normal car,
just driving over the speed limit.
I wanna know, 'cause surely those are
serviced within an inch.
Yeah.
Of their life, 'cause they have to be.
So, surely that has to be the best car to buy.
Now, it would take a while to figure this out.
You know, like, you don't know which one's
undercover, which is.
Now, isn't the thing with place cars is that
they don't have any teeth.
Oh, true.
So, if you suspect, if you're driving,
and you suspect you don't have to cover a
place from behind you, get your phone out.
No.
Don't do that.
And run his plate, hear about her plate,
through an MIT service.
And if they haven't got an MIT either,
they are, well, doing things against rules,
and they're just a normal person,
or they're under cover police.
Cars will end.
Cars will end.
And then pull over, because they've put their
blue lights on, because you've got your phone
out while you're driving.
If you're in Bradford, that method doesn't
work, 'cause no cars have MIT's.
Yeah, that's fair.
And everyone's a global police.
Cars are all does not accept responsibility
for you using your phone in the car.
I didn't say you literally said get your phone out.
No, yeah.
If you're a passenger, get your phone out.
If you're a pat, yeah.
That's fair.
Yeah.
Or use your in-built A&P artist to do it.
Or if you're like these guys,
look at the plate one time, remember it.
And then when you get home in an hour and a
half's time, put it into the thing then.
That's fair.
Interesting.
I've just looked up what undercover cars have
to have to have.
And this is a thing talking about like,
there are some people that say,
there are some people who will be like a fake
police car to try and pull you over and
either rob you or do all that sort of stuff.
And it says occupants, at least one of the
officers must be in police uniform.
There is the big cheese on the screen.
Lovely.
That's a messy long on screen.
But at least one of the officers must be in
police uniform.
Interesting.
For a police car to pull you over,
this is...
Oh, yeah, yeah, but...
What if it's one guy by himself?
And he's just on his way home.
What do you have to eat?
Oh, he's under cover, sorry.
I can't pull you over.
I can't.
He's there trying to get a change to the driver's seat.
Right, pull over, wait there,
I'm gonna go in the back and get changed.
You get pulled over and you go,
hang on, let me just check your car.
Are you going there?
One of you, you're dressed like a policeman.
I'll be on my way, thank you.
I'm a taxi driver.
This is a citizen's arrest.
We were doing 190.
There are some cool undercover cars.
Oh yeah.
They have the VRS's for a while.
I think I saw an S3 at some point.
You know in like, there are people who say
they know exactly which cars it is.
I just don't think you can.
I think that is the point, is they use anything.
I always think generally you can.
Usually it's like--
But is that not the point, is that they use anything?
They use cars that are either like cars that
have been, you know, like stolen cars or
whatever, not stolen cars, but you know.
We need to nick something, we've got to drop tomorrow.
But is that not the point of it,
is that it's not recognizable?
I think those are some of the Volvo's,
yeah, maybe, you see those, but they must use
undercover cars that are not recognizable.
Yeah, I guess like--
Which is the point of an undercover car.
They do, but I think your average person
doesn't know what an undercover car is.
Do you know what's going on?
Criminal wood.
But is there a difference between,
there's a difference between like undercover
and unmarked?
Yeah.
An unmarked police car still has to follow
the usual things which is, was it less than
five years old?
It'll probably always be clean.
Yeah.
You know, it can't have a private plate,
what sort of stuff.
But I reckon for like actual undercover
operations, they've probably just used normal cars.
Yeah.
They're probably cars that we didn't even
know are undercover.
The police are undercover.
The police are undercover.
But yeah, they have like--
Car went out auctions.
They're on Facebook month, they're just
going, "I'll give you 600 quid for this
micro, I need it for tomorrow,
I've got work."
Oh, there are, yeah, there are ones that go on cars.
So a set up flipper just flies past you.
No, probably not.
Undercover.
I'm trying to buy that one.
The William flies past that.
Mac paste with the blue lights on it.
What we got?
Okay, from you, Ben.
Yeah.
You talking about a Ninky Nunk pickup?
Now, I actually, I did my once in a blue
moon, a score through the TDC Reddit,
just to see if there's anything.
Somebody, I will not be crediting you 'cause
I couldn't find the post.
Oh, don't call them Matt.
I do apologize.
But I do have name of the car somewhere.
Okay, what's the name of the car?
Greck have E-K-E, E-K-E.
That's me, that's my surname.
Greck have, yeah.
Oh, wow.
What the hell is this?
This is a pickup truck, Ninky Nunk.
That is, that is what that is.
Hold on, two moments.
Sorry to the person, I'm not crediting.
Also, thanks.
I'm not joking.
Every single photo of this car is less than
400 pixels, so it's all small as well.
They're all small.
Here you go, here he is.
That's where the cab was about.
You've got a truck cab on him.
That one does, but you can get them there.
Wow.
That is a micro car pickup truck.
That's not the exact same model or brand I
think, but it is, listen, it's similar.
Now, could you tell me about what powers this car is?
It is, I read, all right, and it's gonna be wrong.
It is a diesel.
Is it a 505cc diesel?
I think, I don't know what size,
but it was a diesel.
Tippity powered by a small Lombardini
two-cylinder diesel engine.
Around C, around 505cc.
Can you see where we went wrong?
Which is--
Never mind the car parameter.
Which is what we thought asked was that same
Lombardini engine.
Sorry, hold on.
No, no, now this is--
This is interesting, I've just found some
additional photos.
Could you please explain for all your
listeners
what I'm seeing here?
Oh my lord, it's a truck cab type thing,
but it has a, the pickup truck cab opens like
a clamshell of a, what's your car?
My brain wants to say there's Car EKZ1,
I don't know why I'm thinking that,
but like a Koenigsegg, it opens up like the
clamshell opens up.
And then also, Range Rover Flap,
Can we call it?
Hold out to the tailgate.
Tell about tailgate.
I don't trust the tailgate to sort of sit on
like that, don't Range Rover.
No, but look at, you could fit quite a lot in that.
You know what?
Might have to see if I can find myself an EKE.
I'm, well I can say it now, as you can see
it, it should be done by now.
I'm tomorrow bidding on a car,
but I shouldn't be buying anything else.
It's arguably a car.
It is actually genuinely arguably a car.
It is a microcar of varieties and it's from the 70s.
Now, let's just be clear here,
you're buying this personally.
I want this for myself.
You're buying a personal microcar.
Why is that?
Well, it's cheap and also because its name is William.
Its actual name, its name is William.
I can't credit anyone because so many people
sent it to me and said that you should buy this.
And it's been sent, it's at an auction,
I think it's Scotland.
And it's called a William.
I've signed up to bid, I've paid my deposit,
I've put in a proxy bid already.
So tomorrow I'm praying.
It is one of the funniest cars I've seen.
It's so unbelievable.
It's unbelievably small and it's engine
swapped as well.
Now, I cannot wait.
Well, I'm gonna have to buy this because this
is an EKE, which is my initial.
I can show you.
So Ben can you actually?
So Ben can have--
Then we need to find you a Ben.
Yeah.
Or a Honda Acti.
No, not your name.
Is that, I don't think that's small enough.
No, that's not small enough.
K-Car.
K-Car's a small, but they're not microcars.
No, they're not microcars.
We have our microcar but it's not in the best shape.
You know how the Grand Tour did the K-Car thing?
I think we could now go a step further.
We could go smaller.
That's great, that's a good idea.
But watch this.
It's not microcars, microcars are even better.
And we don't drive on the roads,
we just drive on the pavements.
Where do we take them?
It's a great idea.
The Isle of White.
Oh, I just feel like--
We can take them anywhere as long as it's not motorway.
How about, what about the Isle of Man?
The Isle of Man, that's quite fast across.
That's quite fast, though.
Yeah, but we're getting transformed.
No, the problem is the William,
but he doesn't have a roof.
Hey, that sounds like the approaching.
Well, we'll build you a little target top.
It would be a good video with the small guys.
A very small road trip.
We'll call it the small tour.
(laughing) The Venti tour.
James, listen right now.
Damn it, no, take that.
Quick, we need to film again.
So yeah, we'll let you know what happens with
the William.
Ninky-nunk pick-up, that's all you want to,
you don't have no other notes on that.
I just thought we'd appreciate it for a minute.
Absolutely, we do.
I appreciate it.
I have no idea how many of the audience also
appreciate a microcar, but you have to admit it's funny.
It's funny.
It doesn't matter how many times I look at
the microcar, it's funny.
It's funny.
Things that are just too small.
I see, things that are oddly shaped,
but endearing.
52:00 Merchandise Update and Clarification
It's true, it's true.
Ben looking down his trousers.
Next thing, now because we're a little bit
head, merch only actually released for us the
last few days.
We didn't mention it in 101 because we don't
care about you guys.
No, thank you very much for all of this port
and everyone that has ordered.
Apologies on the pre-order, we wanted it to
be a bit sooner, but there was some teething
issues with the site and we didn't want
anyone to get the wrong order.
So hopefully you should now,
you should by now have started receiving your orders.
This is cool.
Yeah.
Yeah.
You should start getting them soon.
Thank you for all the support,
Ben, you had a
clarification.
Clarification, I've seen a lot of people,
I've had quite a few messages and I've seen a
lot of comments saying, I ordered stuff,
it didn't come, there are two different sites.
Yes.
It's a bit complicated.
TDC merch is done with the rest of the
multiverse, as it were, myconbox.shop,
that's your, TC, your auto-paylix,
your all the gear, that's all on there.
Cream is completely separate to that.
Cream is our own site, so the cream business
and the cream merch is completely separate.
completely separate from TDC,
I know we're in the same unit,
but this is our stuff.
So if anything goes wrong, come shout at us,
no Mario, don't shout at them all,
or let me know.
I swear to go shout at them,
if the TC merch is not.
If you're all the gear orders come,
not arrived, and you send an email,
I do not care.
Just ask Ben though.
Yeah, like personally.
If your night order goes awry,
message message.
He has connections, basically everyone.
Yeah, yeah.
So he'll get you sorted.
Exactly, but I just want to clarify that,
because people saw people getting frustrated
by this, and it's separate.
It is separate, but shout out to all of the
creams that have ordered.
We are excited to see it out in the wild.
Also, you'll see we aren't wearing them in
these, 'cause we're still waiting on our new
samples, and being still arrived as well.
But there will be.
I'm hoping that you can see from that,
seeing that site, that you can see why
everything--
What we've been waiting for so long to
actually get it out.
We want it to be nice, we want it to wait for
the garments to arrive and be different.
That is one thing that we'll note as well,
the shirts, we wanted to make them a little
bit lighter than the TDC ones.
So they're still very nice quality.
We've searched for a long time to find a nice
quality T-shirt, but they're not thick coming
into winter.
They've got a nice undershirt,
there's a bit thinner, and then a nice chunky
hoodie on the top.
And we'll walk you back to date with there'll
be new designs and new drops and all sorts of
stuff like that.
I've got an idea for the next drop.
Okay, Ben's not gonna like it.
Me?
(laughs)
Oh, we need to film some, there'll be some fun.
Check the cars, Rule over the ground.
Instagram as well, 'cause I've got ideas for
stupid merch promos that mostly involve Ben.
Did anyone buy the one with my face on it?
Your face on it?
Absolutely, oh my God.
I'll have it for a while.
Hold on, I will tell you as of right now.
Because I still don't believe that any human
being wants to walk around with a photo of my face.
I possibly not in the other back of it.
It's entirely possible that when Bista was
coming up--
Which for you will be in like--
Very soon, very soon.
There will be people walking around with your face.
And your files plastered all over,
all over their backs.
The files, I think, we forgot to talk about
the files in there in that podcast that when
we released it, that I think is actually my favorite one.
I love the Rogers files, it's so good.
Ben, the event, currently 41 people have
bought that car.
I wanna see all of you at once at Bista just
in a big old circle, please.
I wanna see everyone there at once and
that'll be it for me, I'll be gone,
because that's unsettling.
Will you wear that shirt with your own face on it?
No, I'll wear it, but not to Bista.
You won't?
'Cause I, we've had to, well,
for TDC, we've had shirts that have our face on it.
Yeah, but not very weird.
But not in a straight way.
I will say, my name is William on it.
That be is though.
Like I'm sort of an interesting fellow.
And all the photos on the back are of you.
That's fair, but also, I wore it as a service
station on the way home from that shoe.
Looking genuinely like I've lost my marbles.
Rogers files, I think you could get away with it.
Oh, absolutely.
Oh, yeah.
You've done it before.
It's always been like a cartoon version of
you on a shirt or a drawing of you.
This is a photo of my face.
It's a photo of your face.
And possibly one of them may not be me.
No, absolutely.
It was like you're on a stank,
dude.
Yeah, with myself.
Oh, you've been split up from the pack or something?
You've lost all your minutes.
You know what, the original draft didn't have
been in the Balaclava.
It was a different photo of Ben,
and we decided that that photo was not that
nice, but put the Balaclava on it.
And now that's, I think, what makes the whole
T-shirt suspect.
Oh, completely, yeah.
The Balaclava photo.
Also, we had a sample come in,
and Edwin's only note for the sample was to
adjust the middle image so you could see the
quail bracelet.
Yeah, it's still not as visible,
but it still, we did increase the size by 150%.
But we started, we started, it was like an
actual business meeting, and we go,
"Do you want to get the quail bracelet in this?"
We can't ship it like this.
More of the bracelet needs to be in there.
But yeah, shout out to all Creamers,
as always.
Yeah, and it is a big help buying the merch and stuff.
It supports the podcast and what such.
And you know what, who knows,
one day we'll have our own place.
Perhaps we will.
That'd be cool.
That would be lovely.
Edwin, you put in here, it's slow horses.
Are we talking about horses on the road again?
No, the, the serious slow horses come out.
Now, we've only seen the first episode.
You love it.
Don't tell me anything.
Don't tell you anything.
What is it?
Don't worry about it.
It's about horses.
You might not know.
It's about, well, you would,
you describe it.
I don't know, I just asked.
Exactly.
No, you wouldn't like it.
It's got violence in it.
Not swearing or like, even a punching.
Hey, Ben, there's a sense of sensibility
coming out of something.
What does that mean?
I like a bit of violence.
Like in TV?
Throw it in the intro.
I feel like in TV, I like that.
Ben's most violent thing he's watched is Kung Fu Panda.
Side note, fantastic film.
And a fantastic score.
Don't let him get his pinky out.
Right, slow horses are a very good show.
You should go and watch it if you like the
gentleman gangster's films.
MI5, touch it.
But there has now been two quotes in it that
have been directly Fast and Furious or like,
yeah, Fast and Furious adjacent related.
I wanna know who's on there.
The first one was--
He's a mayor of London.
Yeah, and he's giving a speech and he says
it's like something about, I think it's a
gandy quote and he says, or as Dominic
Toretto says in Furious 7 and then quotes
something about family.
And then I won't spoil it, you'll see it in
this first episode, but there's,
it's not even a quote from a film,
it's a Paul Walker reference.
And I had it, I was like, who's on this,
who's on this car stuff that's producing this show?
What's the quote?
It is, if you don't, it's not a spoiler at all.
But he says, if one day speed kills me,
don't smile, don't cry because I was smiling.
He says that.
Which also, instantly, was
never confirmed as a Paul Walker quote.
He didn't actually say that.
That was just like a, yeah, this is his mantra.
I know many people have made a lot of dough
selling that stick.
That's the, yeah.
But I heard it, I was like, "Ah,
hold on."
And I was expecting someone to go,
"Is that a Paul Walker?"
No one says anything.
No reference.
No one acknowledges it.
Okay, so who out there?
Who's on the writing team?
Who is it, Apple?
Who out on Apple doing that?
Slow horses going, "Let's get some Fast and
Furious stuff in there."
Shit.
It is the character in questions like,
it's his vibe to say stupid stuff like that.
Oh, it's, yeah.
Yeah.
I'm assuming it's Friday.
Yeah.
So, but either way, crazy.
Who's out there doing this?
'Cause in that, I don't know if it is from
the first season, but he has that in prexer.
It's, I think, second or third,
yeah.
He's got it in prexer with the horrific mods.
WREX, but it's auto.
Yeah, it's an auto, but it's got all like
STI, but it's got the big, it's got the wing
and it's got all the bits, but yeah,
it's an auto, possibly even like a non-turbo
or something.
Oh, look, yeah, it looks horrible.
And then there were all the mods that were on it.
It's like, "Oh my God, this is like cliche modified."
Oh, are you off?
Sorry, Ben's just...
Ben, this one, the next question's,
you've put the next one in, what's that?
1:00:00 Richard Porter's Final Cream Song
You got a cast piracy.
Oh, and here's Ben with the next part.
Breaking news, this just in.
Right.
A message from Richard Porter.
I'm going to break holiday romance rules again.
For those of you who don't know,
we only speak to Richard Porter via email.
And this is perfect because I'm not going to
respond to his WhatsApp.
I'm just gonna talk about it in the podcast.
Listening to the podcast this morning,
I was kicking myself that I didn't send in
the promised third part.
Now, can you confirm, Will, that this message
says, one minute ago?
Yep, one minute ago.
One minute ago.
One minute ago.
One minute ago.
Crazy.
I'm on the
podcast.
But I didn't send in the promised third part
of
the Cream Song Trilogy for the 100th episode.
Anyway,
Justin, he said, "Just in time for episode
101, but we have
film already."
So here it is, just in time for episode 102.
What's it called?
It's called Hitting Up the Discos.
Oh, it is.
Okay.
(upbeat music)
Spook.
Come on, intro to it, crazy frog.
(laughing) (upbeat
music)
(upbeat music)
(laughs) (laughs) (laughs)
(laughs) (laughs)
Lovely.
Fantastic chora.
Oh, it's fantastic.
Absolutely.
It's
halfway!
It's a
little more.
Like, so, feet switch this off.
I love that.
This goes a bit earlier.
This goes a bit earlier.
This goes a bit earlier.
Sorry, that is not fun.
That's it.
That is it.
Which I think is the first.
That's it, banger.
This
is fantastic.
For the final one, you have to put a little
feature in there.
Oh, that's a good one.
I'm off.
Well, that is instantly my favorite.
That is going to be
stuck in my head forever.
There's a lot in that as well.
When I'm stuck in a home and I'm just
repeating cream
quotes over and over, I'm just going to be
shouting, "Hitting up this girl."
Past it.
I listened to it really a bit,
but I listened to both tracks and like,
"Adlory, it's a small little way in."
I was thinking, "When is this next one coming in?"
And there we are.
Do you know what?
That is the perfect final third.
Thank you.
The end of it felt like it was,
it was wrapping up like a end of a trilogy.
You know what?
It felt like Daft Punk's Discovery album,
where it moves, it moves through highs and
lows and wraps up lovely at the end.
In just three songs, we have a full album.
And with the track as a knight in there,
it was like a Christopher Nolan ending.
Yeah, like it all kind of wraps up to this.
realization.
The pendulum wobbled.
Surely you've got to make a little E.P.
Surely it's like, I think, you know what,
Richard, if you make those into a CD,
those three will promote it till the cows come home.
That is shout out to Richard Porter.
He's also sad though.
Oh, yeah.
It feels sad that it's a, you know what?
That's just the first hundred.
Maybe there's always space for more.
Let's not be sad that it's over.
Be sad, be happy.
Let's be sad that it happened.
If one base B kills me, just don't cry.
I was smiling.
That is amazing.
He also has just said, I'd love to be on the show again.
Send me some dates.
Yeah, we need that.
So hell yeah.
And perhaps with you, you won't be there.
I will be there.
You won't be there.
No, you won't be there.
We'll make sure of it.
So if you want to go and listen to that,
that is, it should be out by now.
It should be ADO 88 on Spotify.
Let's get those views up because that is,
that would have been a perfect summer basket.
It's
been a while.
What is a carspiracy for those who don't
know?
A carspiracy is something we did in the early
days of
the podcast.
Where is a before big car put a stop to it?
1:07:00 Car Spirit See History
We paid us off to stop doing it.
We got a brown envelope.
We have to do a merch club.
If you work at any well-known car
manufacturer or car aftermarket brand that we
call to do a club, shout, shout us.
We want to license it properly and do a
proper merch club.
So we have an email contact in the
description that says.
Yeah, on our channel or just a DM on the Cars
Rule Everything Around Me, whatever it's
called, Instagram.
If you just look for that, you'll find it.
So send either messages there,
do it, send us.
Lovely.
Ben, give us your cosperity.
We've got this on YouTube.
from Paul Ferman, 9732.
I don't know why I panicked when I said three.
Uber does something to the cars their drivers
use to make the ride bad in jerky.
So when they finally transition to robot
taxis, people think, finally,
can't be as bad as the actual drivers.
I've read that.
I thought after our story about the
smooth-ish drive to the airport.
Now, was that in the last episode?
Was that 100?
Yeah, that was 100.
Oh, okay.
I was going to say, that's crazy if you
managed to glean that without even listening
to the next podcast.
Oh, sorry, that comment wasn't 100.
I can't remember when we mentioned that.
I feel like that might have been 101.
Either way, I think there's plausibility in this.
I think so, okay.
This is a good point.
Because people can't drive that badly.
It can't be that bad.
Like, do you ever have where you go with a
friend's parent when you're young?
Like, you're with another person that's
outside your family, but you're driving in their car.
They don't tend to, I don't remember being
like, you don't know how to drive.
Everyone generally knows how to drive.
And they're just like, they're normal people.
And they're just normal professionals.
They're just a normal person.
Yeah.
But then you get a taxi and the majority of
them do not drive well.
No.
Oh, sorry.
Uber.
Taxi drivers are great.
So his theory is that it's the car.
Is that Uber basically set the cars up?
So it's like, like an OBD type thing where it
delays throttle inputs.
I'm just, you know, I'm trying to pick this apart.
Yeah.
Would the Uber driver not realize that
there's a problem?
Because, you know, they aren't born in a test
tube and put straight into an Uber.
They have come from, they've driven other
cars, I'm assuming, it's their profession.
But young Benjamin didn't notice that he's
steering rack wasn't connected for quite a while.
Well, I could actually notice it immediately,
but I didn't do him to fix it for a couple of weeks.
But like, would you, you know,
if I get in a car where, for example,
that market, if you have stubborn driving,
I realize, when I got in it,
I was like, the brake pedal is very sensitive.
And you could quite, you know,
when you're new to it, you start slamming on
the brakes more, but then you get into it and
you can actually, I know how much pressure to
apply and what such.
But as the Uber drivers aren't doing that.
So are we also suggesting, or maybe I'm
suggesting this, is that they're actually
conditioning the drivers all into like a,
a gas and a paltra, and a paltra type.
You go into Uber headquarters and there's
like, it's like the matrix.
There's just, there's just hundreds of
thousands of drivers ready to be released
into the wild.
And they're there with like,
they've just got goggles on and a hat,
got a Harry Potter sort of.
Yeah.
And they've got a hat and goggles on and
headphones as well.
Actually, in ear headphones,
headphones, earphones.
And they've just got a pedal there and
they're just conditioned to do that.
They don't have, there's no linearity to it.
It's just on, off, on, off, on,
off.
And then when they're released from this Uber
womb, they, that's all they know.
They have their memory wiped and then given a
PS2 controller where X is forward.
So there's no, there's no, yeah,
like you said, there's no linearity.
It's just on or off.
Yeah, it's like when you accelerate by clicking.
When you're a trigger breaking,
you end up you have to use the bumpers.
That's what me just literally a switch.
So that's what you're doing.
Like they've been at home, just taking a pounding.
Every time, every time there's on the bin,
it's like, wow, I'm not kicking this so hard.
Why does this happen?
I like it on a bike.
Like, why can't I only cycle it?
If you, bleep it, bleep it.
If you, if you take the red pill,
you won't know how to use the brake.
But if you take the blue pill,
you won't know how to use the accelerator.
I'm gonna say, you know what,
I'm putting it plausible.
If big, but I think it goes deeper though.
But big Uber would have to know,
they'd have to know about robot stuff way in advance.
Cause this has been going on for years.
Yeah, but development of like autonomous cars
been going off for decades.
I know, but that's the stuff we don't know.
It's like that Lockheed Martin stuff where
it's like, you know, we think they're only
there, but actually.
Yeah, if you know about it, it's been there.
In Uber's like their science labs where
they're conditioning people and mashing up
the cars, they're actually on to like,
they're on to other stuff.
They're on to flying cabs.
They're all like, they're on teleportation.
But then, so they're only just implementing these.
But then surely, but surely if they're on to
like flying cars, then they'd have to have
really bad pilots.
So that they go right now we go to robot pilots.
And that's the next phase.
But I don't want to get.
1:12:00 Future of Flying Cabs
Get on a plane with a bad pilot.
He's just throwing the thruster forward and backwards.
No, but it wouldn't be that it's not
necessary to, I guess it would replace
planes, wouldn't it?
Interesting.
Personal, we saw one at Monterey,
a personal, would they call it a personal aircraft?
Where it would fly, it was like a huge drone.
Remember, it was at the back of the quail.
It was that thing that guy said,
go look at the, but go look at the personal
Grombit or something, whatever it's called.
Then it was, like you get in it,
it would just fly you over to San Francisco
in 20 minutes.
Crazy.
It feels like a, yeah, it's a long game.
It's a bad business model to sort of run it
like that, but I guess Uber still does.
What are we saying yesterday?
I lost leader.
Yeah.
You can't go based on business models because
like watch any movie where you've got a
proper bad guy, but he's not necessarily
doing, you don't get any fun.
Give me an example of a bad guy.
I don't.
I can't think of that.
Just want to give me, give me one.
Actually, I watched, I've just,
this week, watched the parts of Caribbean
trilogy, the original one, and I did think
that like is.
No, it's Bill Nye.
Oh, it's Bill Nye.
Sorry, David Jones.
I think about it realistically,
like that doesn't make any sense.
I mean, number one, your boat goes on the water.
That's it.
Famously.
Famously.
Famously.
That's not, I mean,
well, the man was tentacles on his face.
Yeah, that makes
sense.
They have a reason for that.
But I mean, like they go on the water thing,
like famously boats are meant to be opposite.
So it's cop, cop.
I thought like, like, what, would they ever
go like, what do they eat?
What do you mean?
They, like, they don't have a good land.
So they can't get any food.
But I think they just leave that part out
because it's like, you don't want to see
James Bond go, just need the toilet quickly
and then he can pop off for a wee.
Like, they cut back out to keep the tension.
I just thought it was like a business model.
It doesn't, like, how they making money as well.
What the boat?
No, like, like on that boat as a business
model, there's no incentive because they're
not actually making money because they can't
go and like, well, that's true.
They can't go and get it because they get
that near and they go, oh, can't go on land.
So I can't.
But is that not the point of that is it's
like a prison.
It's like the sort of creative death you're
there in limbo, almost.
Green podcast got a little deeper there.
But that is what that is.
It's there is no business model to it.
You're dead.
It's not dead.
But you've chosen or been subjected to this,
this, this fishy present.
Then get your phone going with a full of
mythical beast and go, what's the business model here?
Guys, why are we doing all this?
I don't want to tell you how to ride with a ship.
It's a little passion project.
Johnny is not, he's not there solely for the cash.
I don't think it is a passion project.
It's more of a, they have to do it.
Okay.
So he's like the devil running hell.
That's what it is.
He's not doing it because he's a bit bold of
you to sort of speak for the devil.
He's passionate about it.
Of course he's passionate about it.
He does it for the love of the game.
But he has to, it's a duty.
If I don't do it, who else does it?
I know it's not a good example,
but I'm just saying that like- It's a pretty
shocking example.
But what I'm saying is Dr.
Evil, how does he find that?
Yeah.
Yeah.
I mean, I want to know what the bottom line is too.
Because it's Fajr.
At what point do you look at it and go,
this whole evil stuff, like the profit
margins, it's just not there for me.
But famously, bad guys tend to always be
millionaires and billionaires.
Famously.
Like yourself.
But at some point, you've got to get us the
point where you're like, even I've got a lot
of money, it's not worth putting it into this evil stuff.
You're not being evil for the money.
You're doing it to be evil.
So you're saying that Uber, but what's evil about?
You were talking about the fact that it's
like, it doesn't have to make sense,
what I'm saying.
But what I'm saying is, is you're saying,
what you're suggesting here.
What we're arguing about is that you're
saying this is a big evil villain doing this thing.
So you're saying that Ben's unsure of that.
Wait, hold on.
Are they trying to destroy the world by
having autonomous cars?
No, you were saying that.
What were we saying?
I think Ben doesn't remember what he said.
No, I do.
I've got confused with what we're both saying.
You think there's a big villain at the top,
right?
Can I make a point here?
I can't remember what was said before Pirates
of Caribbean.
I got something about how good it was.
So, am I correct?
No, I know what we're talking about roughly,
but I can't remember the exact sort of like
standing point was being me and Will.
Okay, so, can you remember?
Well, I thought it would, we were roughly
there or there about figuring out why we'd be doing this.
Yes, if we were baddie.
If we were.
No, you're saying it doesn't make sense for
you to, like it has to be like decades old and stuff.
Just so you know, Creamers, this is what it's like.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
It's us getting into arguments,
getting halfway through and going,
blah, blah.
Why are we arguing?
And usually so complicated over the top and
unnecessary that all of us just get confused.
Yeah, and then just give up on it.
I don't think there's a baddie at the top of it.
I think Mr.
Uber is, he thinks he's doing it for the good
of the world.
It's like a, I don't know what film,
but he's like, I know I'm being bad,
but it's for the good of everyone.
But everyone's like, you don't get to make that decision.
That's not your decision to make.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
You can't do that.
Part of being human is being able to choose
even the wrong path.
To be human is to make mistakes or something.
If one day speed kills me, I think that's a
good place to end.
Thank you very much for listening to episode
102 of The Cream Podcast.
We will see
you next week.
As always, cream, get the money,
